TV show description:
Funnyman Howie Mandel stars in this reality-style show in which pranks are played on unsuspecting victims. Unlike predecessor Candid Camera, the television camera is openly exposed on this show but the motives remain hidden.
In each segment, the unsuspecting “marks” believe that they are either the stars of a new game show or reality show, or that they’re auditioning for a big Hollywood movie or television show. What they don’t realize is, they are the stars, but in an unexpected way and in front of millions of TV viewers.
Mandel (who’s often incognito) and his cohorts will go anywhere to play out their elaborate hoaxes. Their victims get their 15 minutes of fame but it’s in a way they never could have expected.
Timing… It’s all about timing. Go again. I only just found you. I heard reference to you from various US programs but as far as being able to watch your program… until it arrived too late at night (should be in bed, resting up for the next working day) on Channel 9 (WIN in the rural areas = Me 🙁 ) but a free station regardless, I’d not heard of you.
