Boom! Lady Dynamite will be back for a second season on Netflix, Variety reports.
From Pam Brady and Mitch Hurwitz, the comedy stars stand-up Maria Bamford as a semi-fictional version of herself. The cast also includes Fred Melamed, Mary Kay Place, and Lennon Parham.
Hurwitz announced the news at a recent Television Critics Association panel:
As soon as we started working on a new season of Lady Dynamite, we just start looking at what the truth of what this character is.”
