What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the TNT cable channel, The Librarians stars Rebecca Romijn, Christian Kane, Lindy Booth, John Harlan Kim, and John Larroquette, with Noah Wyle recurring as veteran librarian, Flynn Carsen. The series centers on the ancient organization dedicated to safeguarding an unknowing world from the secret, magical reality hidden all around. The librarians serve as the protectors of the world’s mystical treasures.
Season Four Ratings

Telly’s Take
The fourth season premiered with much lower numbers than last year and the averages are also lower. However, The Librarians is still doing pretty well when compared to the other TNT original series. I’d usually predict another renewal, but TNT has been repositioning itself as an edgier network, and I’m not quite sure The Librarians is still a good fit. I absolutely adore the Librarians. The show is entertaining and well done. I would love to see it go another season. It’s just an all around great show for all ages!
I would like to see TNT renew The Librarians for more than just a 5th season! It’s one of the best shows on TV!! When you have a good show like the Librarians keep it!!!!

We love the Librarians. For some of us it is our weekly escape. The characters have become part of us. There are so many unanswered questions we need a season 5!

Renew it! It’s beautifully cast, intelligently written, and has room for an endless variety of plots. I’m tired of TNT cancelling good shows with strong viewer bases.
I truly hope that “The Librarians” goes on for many more seasons. It’s too good of a show to be messed with or cancelled. The cast is stellar, the stories are fun, the effects are superb, and the fanbase is massive.
The Librarians is such a special show and deserves another season! As a kid I watched every Librarian Movie with awe and now as a young adult I get to continue with that awe with an entire series based around something that is as iconic for me as Doctor Who. Please give us another season of The Librarians!!!
I want a season 5. Love the cast, but especially Christian Kane and Noah Wyle. The stories are great, you can lose yourself in them and get something of value to take away. Please don’t let it be canceled!
This is a wonderful series with a phenomenal cast. It’s one of the few shows left on tv that spans generations. I pray it continues.

Please please dont cancel librarians! I have watched it from day 1 and its been a way to connect with family time. I would be e,tremely disappointed if tnt takes away librarians. So i say renew season 5!
I agree it is great way to connect with my teenager. It is a great show, and I believe my daughter looks forward to watching the next episode with me. It is a well written series and should be renewed, believe it is under written and under estimated series.
I think it’s s great show. It’s fun and entertaining. The cast is great. I love how it shows that people so different from each other can get along and work together. It’s also one that the whole family can watch. It has everything — comedy, drama, action.
I am a huge fan of The Librarians. This show has a wonderful cast that work well together. There is a story line to grab your interest and comedy interspersed through out the whole show. I have been with them since Season 1 Episode 1, and I think it just gets better and better! In my opinion the two episodes that aired December 20th were the best ever! I love the show, but in looking not only at the ratings (too early for the season to tell), but also at how TNT has scheduled the show, I don’t have super high hopes for it. The first 6 episodes are airing over a 3 week period. A period that includes Christmas. As such, I’m not expecting the ratings to improve. Then there’s the fact that in previous seasons, the show aired on different nights, so the competition was different. Much as I want the show to continue past season 4, I’m not sure if it will. :/
