While it would be just Sue Sue Heck’s luck to get cancelled, ABC has renewed The Middle TV series for an eighth season. It must be Axl’s mojo at work. The network announced The Middle would be returning for the 2016-17 television season, as one of fifteen TV show renewals.
The cast of The Middle includes: Patricia Heaton as Frankie, Neil Flynn as Mike, Charlie McDermott as Axl, Eden Sher as Sue, and Atticus Shaffer as Brick.

“THE MIDDLE” (Season 8)
Two-time Emmy-winner Patricia Heaton stars in this warm and witty single-camera comedy about raising a family and lowering your expectations. Middle-aged, middle class and living in the middle of the country in Orson, Indiana, Frankie Heck is a harried wife and mother of three who uses her wry wit and sense of humor to get her family through each day intact. Frankie works as a dental assistant, and her unflappable husband, Mike, is manager at the local quarry and her sardonic partner in the daily grind that is raising their average – yes, most definitely average – family.

“The Middle” was created and is executive produced by Eileen Heisler and DeAnn Heiline. The series is from Warner Bros. Television.
ABC has also renewed: America’s Funniest Home Videos, The Bachelor, Black-ish, Dancing with the Stars, Fresh Off the Boat, The Goldbergs, Grey’s Anatomy, How to Get Away with Murder, Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD, Modern Family, Once Upon a Time, Scandal, Shark Tank, and Quantico.

I watching “THE MIDDLE”!!!!! Sue Heck is a Great Character!! I really enjoy her pure heart and innocents. I feel there isnt many shows that show a pure heart even for Disney. She is Goofy and Crazy. She makes me laugh ever time. I do have to agree on Frankie’s personality this season is tooo much. But i have just enjoyed this show since it came on. Watching the show from day 1. Best show
on TV. Family oriented and based about the reality of the suffering middle class. So Funny and socially acceptable. True accurate depiction of life in a small town in a Republican state. No obtrusive language just good old fashion fun!!!!! The Best.
Supper funny. It makes our somewhat normal life and problems not seem so bad. Love this show. Keep it on air .
I’ve been watching this show for quite a few years. I love this show reminds me of my family when I was growing up, except my brother was way worse than axle and my brother has never changed.
Me and my family love watching The Middle!! Brings us together once a week .. it’s so relatable!! We found it with the last year and love it! Please don’t cancel it, it’s the only show that seems like we aren’t the only one feeling like this! Love it and them!!
I am in Australia and my whole family absolutely love the Middle!!!! We have watched every series and can’t wait to get number 8 over here. Please NEVER cancel this show it is just too damn good the actors work so well together the connection is undeniable. Whenever I am sad I put the Middle on and it just cheers me up. All our family sit on the couch when the Middle comes on it is a must watch.
I love the middle. Puts me in a great mood. I can watch it over and over again and it is still funny. I love every one of them. Best show on TV? My husband and I talk about each episode for days. What a great, great show. Can’t say enough good things about it. Wonder show.
I used to really enjoy this show and watched it religiously. For the past few seasons, Frankie’s character has been too bizarre. She is a good actress and the entire cast family interacts well together but some of the story lines, while we can all identify, are just too corny. Many times I have gotten up and walked out in the middle of the show where, other than the writing for her character, was good. Don’t like shows that try to show how stupid a character can be.

Your kidding surely!! NO ABC don’t listen, this show is funny, how can you not like to have a laugh even if it’s just a smile at their antics. There is always a great message in each episode.
