Fans don’t have to worry about Mike & Molly being cancelled this time around because it’s already been announced that there won’t be a seventh season. Will the ratings for the final 13 episodes be high enough for the CBS execs to regret their decision to cancel the show or, will the numbers confirm they made the right choice? Stay tuned.
Mike & Molly revolves around Molly (Melissa McCarthy) and Mike (Billy Gardell), a couple that met at an Overeaters Anonymous meeting, fell in love, and later married. The rest of the cast includes Reno Wilson, Katy Mixon, Nyambi Nyambi, Rondi Reed, Cleo King, Louis Mustillo, David Anthony Higgins, and Swoosie Kurtz.

What do you think? Do you still like the Mike & Molly TV series? Do you think it should have been cancelled or renewed for a seventh season?
I enjoyed Mike & Molly so much. This show had problems, & irritations with family, as well as friends. They showed the differences in life circumstances, values, & standards within their multiples types relationships. Most of all in spite of the differences, they were open & honest with each other, especially when the chips were down. They would come together lovingly in the end. My husband, an industrial head of maintenance, and I an RN, watched Mike & Molly at the end of the day, while eating dinner, as Opra would say, an “AH HA moment”; following a day of… Read more »
My husband and I love this show! Why would they cancel something with so much potential? I heard it had to do with her so called wonderful career as a film star which I really think is not that great, judging the Movies I have seen her in. I like her alot don’t get me wrong. However the supporting Cast is so excellent I think they could carry a show on their own they are all so funny and original. Victoria has a new show on ABC but I don’t think that is doing all that well either. I say… Read more »
My wife and I like the show very much – excellent cast.
This is my favorite show. The fact that she lost weight just makes it more real and there will be more dynamics to deal with. Bring it back. We need Mike and Molly. We love the people as persons, not just the number of pounds they are. Get real!!! Your audience is not that shallow.
I love the show, it’s my husband and mine favorite sit com. So sad to see it go
I am soooo disappointed that Mike and Molly got cancelled. It truly was a show about Love and Laughter. I can only imagine the mayhem that would have happened with two babies. This show truly had me laughing out loud with each episode. The cast was fantastic and each one brought such a level of humour, I can’t imagine the show without any of them. I am hoping that the way that the show ended that the executives at CBS will come to their senses and bring this show back!!!
I don’t know who cancelled Mike and Molly but the was a big mistake. We love that show . Please keep on air.
Biggest. Mistake you EVER made. You say the reason is no time slot, I can find a few
It was because Melissa McCarthy lost too much weight and didn’t fit the character any more.
Why is it when you finally get a truly funny show with outstanding characters they cancel. Cancelling Mike and Molly HUGE mistake
How can you call it a family show when Molly is so disparaging. Enjoyed it for a few seasons and then couldn’t stand her crude and caustic comments. Not funny to mock others. Not a family show at all.
bad move cancelling such a good family show .really sad it didn’t go on
Their rating will be down because DUMB4SS cbs changed the days. CBS SUCKS.
As usual, only Vince, Samuel & Mike’s Mom were funny. Please give these 3 people their own shows!
Don’t forget Jim 🙂 I think all the supporting cast were wonderful and a spin off is a wonderful idea!
