Sorry Reckless fans, there won’t be a second season of the steamy summer legal drama. CBS has cancelled the series after one season of 13 episodes.
Reckless revolves around a beautiful litigator from the north and a charming southern attorney who must hide their intense mutual attraction as a police sex scandal erupts in Charleston, South Carolina. The TV show’s cast includes Cam Gigandet, Anna Wood, Shawn Hatosy, Georgina Haig, Adam Rodríguez, Michael Gladis, Kim Wayans, and Gregory Harrison.
The series debuted in late June to just a 0.7 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 3.99 million total viewers. The numbers didn’t get much better over the course of the season and ended up averaging just a 0.6 demo rating with 3.91 million viewers. The network burned off the final episodes on a Saturday night.

Loved the show set in South Carolina. The casting was perfect and the storyline very unique. What a disappointment.

BRING THIS BACK!!!! I have been waiting forever to see when this was going to start again! Why do you people insist on drowning television with all of the same junk series just different actors? GRRR I guess the world is just expected to watch CSI this CSI that and some ridiculous comedy sitcoms that aren’t even funny. I may be done with CBS if the good shows only get 1 season and then get cancelled
Reckless was a great show and I watched it every Sunday night! I live in SC and I enjoyed seeing Charleston on TV. I really wanted there to be a season two. I wished another network would pick it up.
my husband and I loved “Reckless” we were waiting for the second season to start but just found out it got cancelled. We are extremely disappointed! the first season left us with many unanswered questions that We will never get the answers to. Plus we love Cam!

I would have without a doubt watched a second, third, even fourth season of this show! It had a great story line, and they just left us hanging. I would like to know the reason it got canceled in the first place.

My family thoroughly enjoyed the show. Last show of the series left us hanging. A movie on Lifetime or Hallmark would be interesting.
