David Boreanaz is headed to CBS. Recently, the network announced they’ve picked up a new TV series with the Bones star called SEAL Team.
From Ben Cavell, the drama “follows the lives of the elite Navy SEALs as they train, plan and execute the most dangerous, high stakes missions our country can ask.” The cast also includes AJ Buckley, Max Thieriot, Jessica Paré, Neil Brown Jr., and Toni Trucks.

I have been a fan since Buffy. Liked him in Bones. Looking forward to this new adventure. When I turn on my cell phone, his picture is the first thing I see. Been in love with him for years!

The character Boreanaz plays appears to not shave. U.S. Navy standards for shaving are quite clear. They are: “The face shall be clean shaven unless a shaving waiver is authorized by the Commanding Officer…” which would be for medical reasons. Since the producers and and Boreanaz can’t get a detail like shaving correct, what that means is Seal Team is a clear fabrication not worth my time.
Can’t wait, glad he’s on a new show. Sounds like a good fit.

Can’t wait to see David Boreanez on a show again. After Bones this seems like a very believable role for him. I’ve been watching him since Buffy and happy to see him getting another role where he can shine.
Hope it lives up to the promos? Will be telling all my friend to watch.
