AMC is headed to Texas. Recently, the network released new teasers for their upcoming series The Son.

Based on the novel by Philipp Meyer, the drama charts “the bloody rise and fall of one Texas family” across multiple generations. The cast includes Pierce Brosnan, J. Quinton Johnson, Elizabeth Frances, and Nick Stevenson.

The Son is slated to premiere in 2017.
