It looks like the remaining two episodes of Stalker will be the last for the CBS series. The network has cancelled the show after one season and 20 episodes.
A cop thriller, Stalker follows the work of the LAPD’s Threat Assessment Unit, a team that investigates incidents of stalking. The TV show stars Dylan McDermott, Maggie Q, Victor Rasuk, and Mariana Klaveno.
The series got off to a moderate start on October 1st with a 2.0 rating and 9.07 million viewers. Stalker’s ratings dropped a bit in week two but then continued to dwindle downward over the course of the season.
CBS pulled it from Wednesday nights with three installments left in the season, replacing it with CSI: Cyber. It started looking clear that Stalker was destined to be axed.
After more than two months away, they aired one episode on April 27th. The remaining pair are slated for May 11th and May 18th.

I loved the show always looked forward to watching it on Wednesday nights… So sad its off.
Stalker has all the items for success: depth of characters with interrelationships that seem real and capture and pull you in to them; stories that we can relate to in real life and real news; stories and plots that make you book reminders for the weekly show and even go to On Demand to watch the episodes over again. Like many successful shows the first season may not have delivered the numbers right away. Give it another chance and reconsider bringing Stalker back for another season
Hate to hear this series will not continue ! Unfortunately this is getting to be such a common thing . It’s to the point that my family and so many friends and family members have pretty much decided not to watch any new series . it is such a let down to find that a show you’ve been waiting to return has been cancelled !!!!

i watch very little commercial TV and now one of my favorites “Stalker” is cancelled. Very good show–intelligent and entertaining. Wish they had kept it for season two

I think they should make season two
