The CW is starting over on Monday nights. They’ve cancelled both Star-Crossed and The Tomorrow People after one season apiece.
On The Tomorrow People, a teenager (Robbie Amell) discovers that he has paranormal abilities. He also learns that others like him have gone into hiding because they’re being hunted by a paramilitary group of scientists known as Ultra. The rest of the cast includes Luke Mitchell, Peyton List, Aaron Yoo, Mark Pellegrino, and Madeleine Mantock.
The drama debuted back in October and aired on Wednesday nights, paired with the network’s popular Arrow series. It performed well in the beginning but the ratings fell over the course of the season, dropping as low as a 0.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.24 million viewers.
The series moved to Monday nights and lost even more viewers. In last April, The Tomorrow People hit a series low, drawing just 760,000 viewers.
The season (now series) finale, which aired this week, left plenty of story opportunities for a second season but it won’t be happening.

I’m very disappointed. I’m a 13 year old kid that watches a lot of T.V. shows on Netflix. Originally after I watched The 4400 Which was an amazing show but left me on a giant cliffhanger I decided on my next shows that I watch on Netflix I would search them up to see if they weren’t cancelled. But after the first episode I was so hooked I completely forgot to check. This was an amazing show. I never had time to watch it on tv but I got the watch it on Netflix and I had to continue watching because I wouldn’t get enough. They made a poor decision here. They left it on the biggest ending ever now we will have no clue what will all happen. I hate when a good show comes on and it is always deleted after the first season. Why not at least have two seasons but make the second one short if you want to cancel it so they can end it better instead… Read more »

I think that the tomorrow people should keep going it was a really good show and my daughter liked it a lot and when she found out there wasn’t gonna be a second season she was really sad and maybe if it keeps going more people will start to watch
