The CW is starting over on Monday nights. They’ve cancelled both Star-Crossed and The Tomorrow People after one season apiece.
On The Tomorrow People, a teenager (Robbie Amell) discovers that he has paranormal abilities. He also learns that others like him have gone into hiding because they’re being hunted by a paramilitary group of scientists known as Ultra. The rest of the cast includes Luke Mitchell, Peyton List, Aaron Yoo, Mark Pellegrino, and Madeleine Mantock.
The drama debuted back in October and aired on Wednesday nights, paired with the network’s popular Arrow series. It performed well in the beginning but the ratings fell over the course of the season, dropping as low as a 0.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.24 million viewers.
The series moved to Monday nights and lost even more viewers. In last April, The Tomorrow People hit a series low, drawing just 760,000 viewers.
The season (now series) finale, which aired this week, left plenty of story opportunities for a second season but it won’t be happening.

I think its really sad that whoever keeps cancelling these shows, gets people interested in them, watching them for an entire season, and then jus pulls the plug?
while the stupid simpsons, the big bang theory, the fosters, and 100 other useless, shows without any imagination keeps right on season after season. it seems like the only shows that go for more than one season are idiotic !!!!!!

they cancel all the best shows, star crossed now the tomorrow people. this show was brilliant, they should have just changed the day it was aired.

It a shame because the season finally left us on a cliff hanger it was great it got a lot better towards the end you just got to air it on days people could see it

This show is amazing super interesting. The tommarow people should not be canceled. This is unprofessional leaving us with a show unresolved with a pathetic ending. Don’t get me wrong the ending was amazing if you would of done season 2. I don’t get why the views are low if this show is extremely incredible. I truly believe that this show can work out. I think that the tv show The Tomorrow People should not have been canceled. I really enjoyed this show and so did my family. They should make another season but make it short and if the viewing rate goes higher than season 1 continue to make this tv show. Again I strongly think this tv show should have not been canceled.
