The CW is starting over on Monday nights. They’ve cancelled both Star-Crossed and The Tomorrow People after one season apiece.
On The Tomorrow People, a teenager (Robbie Amell) discovers that he has paranormal abilities. He also learns that others like him have gone into hiding because they’re being hunted by a paramilitary group of scientists known as Ultra. The rest of the cast includes Luke Mitchell, Peyton List, Aaron Yoo, Mark Pellegrino, and Madeleine Mantock.
The drama debuted back in October and aired on Wednesday nights, paired with the network’s popular Arrow series. It performed well in the beginning but the ratings fell over the course of the season, dropping as low as a 0.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.24 million viewers.
The series moved to Monday nights and lost even more viewers. In last April, The Tomorrow People hit a series low, drawing just 760,000 viewers.
The season (now series) finale, which aired this week, left plenty of story opportunities for a second season but it won’t be happening.

Wow! I am so sad that there is no season 2 for both of them! I have watched both of the TV shows and I must say I love the plots and actors in both! I would like to know why there will be no more seasons and if there is any chance that they will continue.
I think that The Tomorrow People is a fantastic show and should definitely come back for more seasons. I discovered this show on Netflix and thought it was fantastic. I think with all of the viewers who watched the show on the CW plus all of the new viewers who found the show via Netflix, ratings will skyrocket and the show will do great. Also, the cliff hanger at the end of the season finale should be explained. Viewers deserve to know what is going to happen. Bring back the Tomorrow People!

Tomorrow people was a fantastic show and we are dissapointed that their is still a debate on whether their should be season 2 or not. we will be glad if their is season 2

Watching The Tomorrow people on netflix, and haven’t been able to stop. Why is there no season 2?? It’s action packed with a twist the whole time. I even second guess myself on who is the good side, the uncle or the founder! Really hope they give the tomorrow people another chance! Would love to see more!

I’ll make this quick and simple ,Season 1 was amazing ,I’m not a big series person ,having to wait for the next episode but Tomorrow People had me hooked from episode 1 ,who ever cancelled season 2 wants to get his head out his or her own arse.IM GUTTED there’s no season 2 ,

We need a 2nd season! Now that its on Netflix there will be a lot more people watching it and wanting more like myself. Please make a new season! You wont be disappointed!!

I was late to the show but watching it on netflix ti is great. Why is it when a good show comes on some network has to kill it. This sucks!!!!!
I honestly believe that The Tommorrow People was not given a fair chance. I believe that it can be taken so far. The only improvment needed is more of a stand out cast. The first cast was great but if it had 1 or 2 more big names it would take over the media period. You have love, action, drama, mystery, and sci-fi all in the same show. If u were to upgrade sum fight scenes and use slightly more physical stunts with the special effects it would over shadow even Heroes… And I am a big Heroes fan…

I think that the tomorrow people was a really good show. I was very disappointed when I found out there wasn’t another season you can not just end a episode like that. It’s not fair honestly like what’s Jedikya and John going to do with Russle and Cara.? You lost viewer because like you said you moved it to Mondays move it to a different day and see what the outcome is. This is not fair to us who have watched the whole season
