Though the cast and crew of The Whole Truth will get to finish filming their 13 episode commitment, there’s no guarantee viewers will get to see them any time soon. Earlier this week, it was revealed that the show had been cancelled by ABC. Now, it looks like the network is pulling the legal drama from the schedule for the whole month of November.
As previously announced, next week’s episode will be preempted by the interview special In the Spotlight With Robin Roberts: All Access Nashville. The following week, the entire Wednesday night line-up is bumped for the Country Music Awards.
After that, Whole Truth is being replaced by a pair of celebrity specials. On November 17th, ABC will air 25 Years of Sexy: People Magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive!. The following week, Primetime: Celebrity Plastic Surgery Gone Too Far? will take the timeslot.
It’s unknown if The Whole Truth will return in December or if ABC will keep the remaining nine episodes sitting on the shelf.
What do you think? Will ABC air the rest of the The Whole Truth episodes soon, over the summer, or never?

I am really really upset with abc. I really loved this show and couldn’t wait for wednesday night so I can watch the whole truth, but now abc has once again screwed up and is going to cancel a good show. Tsk tsk who is running this station, a 2 year old!?
Please restart The Whole Truth. In the past I was not a fan of shows on ABC, when this show came on I thought ‘finally a show on this network that I will watch’, and now it is taken off. Geuss I’ll go back to cable, maybe The Whole Truth will be picked up by a cable station. There is hardly a decent, non-reality show on any network station.
I can’t belive ABC pulled the plug on this show. This was definitely one of the better shows on TV.
I like the show and think it should return ASAP! It was better than what they have put in that time slot.
I hate to see this go. I reallly enjoyed this show. Why don’t the networks give shows a chance or try moving them?
I agree with Jeanne. The show is fun, interesting, and wasn’t given a chance. Too typical this season.
I can not believe that people would prefer to watch crap like “Celebrity Plastic Surgery gone too far” over a show with great actors and good story lines. It was nice the way it was done differently with no idea of who was going to win the case each week.
ME AND MY WIFE LOVE THIS SHOW, WE GOT READY FOR WENESDAY NIGHTS THE WHOLE TRUTH, IS THE BEST SHOW THIS FALL ./MT.MORRIS MI.
THIS IS THE BEST SHOW ON TV BRING THAT BACK OK.
Me and my wife look forward to wenesday night please renew this show soon.thank you.
I really liked this show. So much better than 90% of what is on. Wish they would have considered moving it to another time slot (perhaps on Friday).
Is anyone able to speak with ABC and TELL them to keep the show on? It’s much more interesting than the stupid reality shows!
It was the best of all the new shows. The show I liked next–The Outlaws-also cancelled. Don’t like any of the rest of them
You made a hasty decision to pull the show. They were great actors and it should have been given a chance. Bad decision on whose ever part it was to pull the show. Jackie Sarzen
Very disappointed the show was pulled so quickly. Give it a chance!!! There is so little of worth to watch on television. How can a decision be made so quickly – four shows!!!
I had rather see this show than the current line up. There are older people who watch tv, not just the younger generation which it seems that programming caters to. At least let us finish what is shot!
Totally agree with this comment! Enjoyed watching it and looked forward to seeing more. Please bring it back!!
