What’s This TV Show About?
An NBC action adventure drama, Timeless stars Abigail Spencer, Matt Lanter, Malcolm Barrett, Goran Višnjić, Paterson Joseph, Sakina Jaffrey, and Claudia Doumit. Season two picks up right after the events of last season and follows Rufus (Barrett), Wyatt (Lanter), and Lucy (Spencer) on their quest to prevent the destruction of our world as we know it. This season they’ll find an unlikely ally in their mission to destroy Rittenhouse, a deadly organization Lucy’s family has been a part of, for centuries. As they try not to change the past, they will visit 1692, 1917, 1941, 1981 and more, and encounter Marie Curie, Hedy Lamarr, William Randolph Hearst, and other influential historical figures.
Season Two Ratings
The second season of Timeless averaged a 0.61 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 2.64 million viewers. Compared to season one, that’s down by 45% and 43%, respectively. Find out how Timeless stacks up against other NBC TV shows.
Timeless has been cancelled. There will be no season three, but NBC has ordered a two-part Timeless finale movie which will air December 20, 2018. Stay tuned for further updates.
Telly’s Take
Will NBC cancel or renew Timeless for season three? It’s in a tougher timeslot and the ratings have really suffered. I suspect that Timeless will be cancelled and won’t return for a third season unless there’s some reason that makes this show very cheap to produce. Season two benefited from tax incentives but I don’t think season three would have the same break. For now, I’ll update this page with breaking developments. It is unfortunate you don’t count people who record on our DVR and watch it past 3 days.
Timeless is a great show, I am sure if you counted people like me who watch it days later your numbers would be much higher.
It is not fair to the show not being counted, Technology crated DVR and technology should fix this problem and count us DVR people.

Timeless should be renewed. My husband and i watch it faithfully. How about NBC leave a decent show on the air for once.
Timeless is really a good series. We never miss it. Please renew it. And, a more suitable time slot would be helpful.
This show and all it’s fans deserve another season. This is one of only a handful of shows out there that is unique, powerful, informative, and well written. Its in such a horrible time slot so the percentage of ppl watching is waaaaay off..because so many viewers can only view it on DVR.
This show is fantastic! It is one of the few shows I look forward to every week, my husband doesn’t watch much tv but he doesn’t miss an episode of Timeless….PLEASE do not cancel this innovative and entertaining show!
This is a great show. Yet you keep so many horrid shows on. Give it a good time slot and see what happens. This is the only TV show I watch, literally.
Please Renew it so hard to find a nice show these days. Give it one more and at least give us an ending not a cliffhanger

I love timeless and I hope they don’t cancel it. I always watch it on demand because the 10pm slot is the worst time to have it air.
Ugh I love timeless!!!!!! If it gets cancelled I will be so freaking upset! Everyone that I watch it with gets hooked!
Timeless, The Blacklist, and The Voice are my favorite shows. Timeless is in a rough time slot, but I keep up with it on demand. If you gave it a better time slot, it would rule the ratings. Don’t cancel it.
I love this show! Please ‘s don’t cancel it again! So many shows theses days are the same old boring stories, it’s great seeing something new and different that holds my attention while at the same time teaching me some new and interesting things. The acting is great as is the writing, some of the more action packed as well as emotional storyline; and it’s not very often you see both aspects in one show.
Timeless is a great show. I love the imagination of the writers. It needs a different time slot. Sunday night at 10 has been a death sentence for many good shows. Please keep it on.
