TV show description:
Based on the Transporter feature film series, this action-adventure TV show follows Frank Martin (Chris Vance), a professional “transporter.” He’s paid to pick up and deliver people or cargo from anywhere in the world.
He’s the very best at what he does. Martin handles only the most difficult and dangerous of assignments — and only trusts a handful of people.
A former CIA agent, computer expert Carla Valeri (Andrea Osvárt) negotiates with Martin’s clients and provides him with all the information he needs. Technology expert and mechanic Dieter Hausmann (Charly Hübner) alters and repairs Martin’s special Audi as needed.
Inspector Tarconi (François Berléand) is Martin’s reluctant police officer ally. Stationed in Nice, Tarconi once investigated him but they’re now friends. Tarconi takes care of his house in Cap Roux when Martin is on a mission and Martin turns to him when he needs an official police intervention.
Martin’s group of friends begins to grow when he meets Juliette Dubois (Delphine Chanéac), his beautiful neighbor. Unbeknown to him, she’s a DCRI agent who’s investigating the Transporter network. She’s torn between her sense of duty and her growing attraction for Martin.
Series Finale:
Episode #24 — End Game
In order to save the life of Zara, a woman he once loved, Frank is coerced into trying to procure a cyber bomb powerful enough to destroy an entire country’s infrastructure. Certain they’re being set up, Caterina refuses to go along with the job and quits in protest. But as Frank prepares once again to face off against the deadly Bernard Dassin (Dhaffer L’Abidine), Caterina makes a discovery that could potentially to turn Frank’s world upside down.
First aired: February 7, 2015.
What do you think? Do you like Transporter: The Series? Do you think it should have been cancelled or renewed for a third season?
Transporter the Series is a fantastic show and not just because Chris Vance is smokin’ hot; but he does a great job with his character of Frank Martin. He’s cool and charming but tough enough to beat the C**p out of the bad guys and still have a twinkle in those gorgeous eyes and a boyish grin. The show has big screen production values and locales. Exciting action and fight sequences and car chases galore. It’s a non-stop escape from reality for guys and gals, even an old broad like me. What a show! I hope there is a Season… Read more »
hhh,
I stand corrected (it is DIETER NOT Dexter!!!) – Thanks
Gunny Lew
it is DIETER NOT Dexter!!! season 2 episode 6 aka the Diva is one of the most emotional moment for frank. He shed tear at the end of the show upon watching the girl sing “free bird”
Who ever made the changes of (cutting Carla/Killing off Dexter and Frank’s appearance for the second season) aught to be FIRED. I can promise you the viewers will make the ratings drop dramatically and will not make it for a third season………I love the show but you have killed it!!!!!!!!!
The fault lies with the director who took over for the second season, FRANK SPOTNITZ. He should have left the show alone, it was fantastic. I loved the Transporter series because it did “not” have any of the fluff that SPOTNITZ felt he had to add to the show.
The first season this was a very unique show. Frank turned it into a watered down version of itself and it’s now just another crime solving clone.
I think everyone should band together against FRANK SPOTNITZ.
I agree with DUNCAN MACLEOD’S response to my comment. Everyone should band together against FRANK SPOTNITZ., Get rid of him – he has destroyed the whole concept (Characters and image) of the first season. Let’s do it NOW….
Without Karla and Dexter to complete the cast they may as we’ll cancel the show now. It’s just to boring to watch. I’m done watching.
without Carla there is NO appeal…this other girl does not cut it…
I agree with everyone here. Season 1 was great and realy felt like the movies. I liked the driving scenes, the fights and Franks suits (just as Jason Statham always wore a black suit and tried not to get it creased!). Season 2 though just didn’t feel like you were watching the transporter. Getting rid of Deiter and Carla was a BIG NO NO. Deiter brought comedy (along with the sensible concept of having a mechanic), whilst Carla was sexy and gorgeous and who wouldn’t want her around!!! I’ve watched all 12 episodes of season 2 now and there’s no… Read more »
AMEN TO ALL COMMENTS!! Bring back the way it started out: with Carla, the mechanic friend, and the driving of that HOT AUDI. The new episodes with the girl from Person of Interest, I think, and no mechanic or driving scenes makes it more like a spy story. BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL CAST AND GET FRANK BACK IN A SUIT AND TIE.
Hi,
You have to bring back the original cast if you want a HIT show. The second season will not make it. Why do you make changes to something that is a great hit? If you keep this up – you will not make it to the third season…..Bring back Carla & Dexter (raise him from the dead).
Thanks,
The Gunny

Renew only if you bring back Carla and Dexter………
You have to bring back Carla!!!!!!! She helped make the first season……..
Hi,
I think the series should be renewed – it is great show. I think that the actress who played Carla should return, she was a great asset to the show….
Please e-mail your answer.

I AGREE ALL COMMENTS! I pray and hope it will put forward to channel “TNT” Transporter: The Series” and whoever make this movie as production, PLEASE READ IT! First season was awesome, I was so exciting, had ready with good beer and popcorns, and read for action! I love mechanic and Carla. I love the sounds of his car like purrrr perfect! It was so much entertaining and so much exciting;. But second season, I was very very disappointed. It changed 180 degrees, totally different. What happened?! No Carla, No Dexter (you can play fake death and return to movie),… Read more »
The second season has an entirely different feel to it. The first season was much much more exciting lively and fun and I liked the REAL driving scenes as well. This season it seems like it’s trying to be more of a secret agent type of movie instead of the action thriller that the first season was. I liked the mechanic and I liked his sidekick the short haired girl. This first season was fun and entertaining and exciting, and kept you on edge the whole time. It was more like the movie. The second season has just been sort… Read more »
Barb M, totally agreed! It started to get slow, less action. Before first season was excited, action such as driving, sidekick and punch. Its keep going and going, and I love it. I like he talk to Carla through car phone but now second season pretty was totally disappointed. PLEASE change back to like first season and hopefully no cancel…
I think there should be come kind of fan movement to dump this SPOTNITZ guy who took over in season two. He said he had a new plan for the show and from everything I’ve read so far, his plan is a bust. I hope he’s seeing all the negativity since he took over.
Seems to me they’re trying to turn Chris Vance into a more surly mercenary-for-hire based on Daniel Craig. But i liked his more genial boyish character better.
Tried watching season two…Not the same..It’s lost that mystique..Will keep reading here to see if they bring Carla back. Otherwise, I’m done with it…
True, I agree with you Barney. I just watch t.v. Transporter last week Saturday. I was surprised myself getting dull by watching this (before I was excited first Season) because it was not action, kind of slow, and no Carla, she is slick, cool and sexy. I love Dexter he is so funny guy! What happened? Also I love the song “Working Man” by woman voice….(original by Rush band). I love the way he turns around and look right at you with sexy smile. Instead driving in the car with phony background, it was real driving? Also some of film… Read more »
