TV show description:
Medical student Tru Davies (Eliza Dushku) takes a job as an attendant at the city morgue. On the anniversary of her mother’s death, Tru is shocked when a corpse asks for her help and the day rewinds to a time before the person has died.
Tru learns that she must prevent the person from dying or Tru will continue to repeat the day. Helping Tru are her irresponsible brother Harrison (Shawn Reaves) and the supervisor of the morgue Davis (Zach Galifianakis).
Other characters include mysterious Jack Harper (Jason Priestly); Tru’s drug-addicted sister Meredith (Jessica Collins); her father Richard (Cotter Smith); best friend Lindsay Walker (A. J. Cook); boyfriend Luc Johnston (Matthew Bomer); Davis’ girlfriend Dr. Carrie Allen (Liz Vassey); and schoolmates Avery Bishop (Lizzy Caplan), Tyler Li (Parry Shen), and Jenson Ritchie (Eric Christian Olsen).

One of my favorite shows ever.
Great show cancelled 🙁 what a stupid way trend it I wanted so bad for her to find out about her fathers involvement!!!
The show started off slow, but after the first 4 episodes I was hooked. Too bad like another great FOX series — “Space Above and Beyond”, they just could not get the ratings.
But maybe they can go back, recast, and try these ideas again soon.

it was cancelled and replaced with those dimwits paris hilton and nicole richies show how ridiculous,really loved tru callin and wish they would do a film to tie up all the loose ends from the series and it would be great to see Eliza on screen again
my thoughts are they should bring it back the last episode didn’t make any sense to me because they didn’t have any reason for the fans of the show watching it to believe that this really is the end of the series and it was stupid of them to take it off and the last episode left me wondering what could have happened if it wasn’t cancelled? well i wish we could find out and they put it back on air……. they made a huge mistake cancelling it they could have made alot of money off it….. tru calling was… Read more »
