TV show description:
A high-tech crime drama, the Wisdom of the Crowd TV show centers on Silicon Valley entrepreneur Jeffrey Tanner (Piven). After his daughter Mia (Cowen) is killed, Tanner sets out to design an online platform for real-time, crowdsourced crime solving.
In his obsession to find his child’s killer, Tanner is motivated by the idea that a million minds are better than one. He pins all his hopes on harnessing the “wisdom of the crowd,” in order to solve this crime and as many others as possible.
Taking inspiration from Sophia, the personification of Wisdom, Tanner names the platform Sophe and drafts Detective Tommy Cavanaugh (Jones) for his team. Cavanaugh was the first police officer to investigate Mia’s murder and worked it until he was abruptly removed from the case.
Tanner and Cavanaugh work with Sara Morton (Tena) an ingenious engineer, whose relationship with Tanner is not strictly professional. Rounding out the team is their nerdy lead programmer, Josh Novak (Lee), a skilled, capable worker, and Tariq Bakari (Matthews), a tech savant and ace hacker who may have some authority issues.
Meanwhile, Tanner’s ex-wife, Congresswoman Alex Hale (Potter), worries about his obsession. Despite their divorce, she cares for him. Although he was not a good husband, Alex appreciates that Tanner was a good father. Their profound grief has forged in them an unbreakable bond.
Series Finale:
Episode #13 — The Tipping Point
Cavanaugh investigates the murder of a top Sophe user who filled his basement with conspiracy theory evidence. Also, Alex attends the release hearing for Carlos Ochoa (Ramses Jimenez), the man convicted of killing Mia.
First aired: January 14, 2018.

Don’t be stupid CBS I am 68 and love this show
PLEASE Don’t Cancel Wisdom Of The Crowd It’s One Of The Best Programs There Is On TV Right Now I Really Look Forward To Watching It Every Week.PLEASE PLEASE renew this show we have to find MIA’s Killer
Please don’t Cancel Wisdom of the Crowd, it is a very good show. There have been a lot of women falsely accusing men of sexual assault. He passed a lie detector. Even if he did do it, no need to cancel the show, just either replace him with another actor or kill off his character and his people can search for both killers. Now we won’t know who killed Mia. If he didn’t do this then he shouldn’t lose his career over this unproved accusation. It could be a case of this lady wanting revenge or to get money! Please… Read more »
Please do not cancel this unique program. I love Jeremy Piven and Monica Potter.
If it cancelled please SOLVE Mia’s murder before ending.
Good show, engaging and captive.
Please don’t cancel Wisdom of the Crowd! It is an innovative and gripping drama that stars some fantastic actors. If Jeremy Piven is guilty of the sexual assaults of which he has been accused, them kill him off and let his team continue to look for both his and Mia’s killer(s). Why punish the other members of the cast when only one person is accused?
I love this show and i need to know who killed mia so please keep it going
Please do not cancel this show, what happened 10 or 20 years ago, all the person is looking for the 5 minutes of fame. I also agree with Lynne on her comments. The show is great and the public who is watching the show need to know what has really happened to Mia Tanner. It is truly a good show and the cast is awesome.
Do not cancel this is a great show

Please do Not cancel the show. My husband and I ejoy watching it.
Seriously?! If you knew for a couple of months that this show was going to be canceled, why didn’t you tie up the end with them solving Mia”s murder? Not to mention, this is a really good show and you are going to cancel it because of accusations that haven’t been verified? Why would you ruin someone’s career without giving them the benefit of the doubt? I hope none of you ever find yourselves in the same position, with no proof that you are guilty! I was raped when I was younger and never came forward because my own mom… Read more »
