Augustus Prew has been cast in Jason Katims’ Bunker Hill TV show pilot for CBS. Prew played Prince Alfonso in the first two seasons of The Borgias TV series, which was cancelled by Showtime after its third season.
Katims is writing the pilot and will executive produce with Michelle Lee of True Jack Productions. Madam Secretary‘s David Semel is executive producing and will direct the pilot. Update 5/13/2016: The pilot was ordered to series under a new title, Pure Genius.
Here is more from THR
Picked up to pilot last month, Bunker Hill follows a young Silicon Valley tech titan who enlists a veteran surgeon with a controversial past in starting a hospital with a cutting-edge, “new school” approach to medicine. Prew will play the tech billionaire, James Bell. Described as having comet-like energy, James is relentless, unapologetic, maybe brilliant, maybe just nuts, but definitely magnetic and determined to revolutionize healthcare.
What do you think? Do you like the sound of this new medical drama? If CBS orders the Bunker Hill TV series, do you plan to check it out?

does not sound like it will last long …
