Escape Routes: 2011-12 Season Ratings

Escape Routes NBC ratingsHere are the ratings for the Escape Routes TV series, a reality show that pits six teams in a unique road-trip competition. Hosted by Ford, the first season of Escape Routes typically airs Saturday nights on the NBC network.

These are the TV show’s ratings for the 2011-12 season, the best way to tell if Escape Routes is going to be cancelled or renewed for season two. The show’s fate will also be determined by how well Ford feels the show helped them promote their vehicles. Check out our NBC ratings report card to see how this show’s numbers compare with the others on the network.

These figures will be updated as the weeks progress so be sure to bookmark and return to this page:

It was hardly a positive start for Escape Routes but, since the series is produced in partnership with Ford, NBC may feel like it’s a success. A week earlier, they didn’t do much better with a rerun of Fairly Legal. Original episodes of The Firm typically bring in about twice the demo.

Note: These ratings are collected by the Nielsen company and are the final national numbers. These are different from the fast affiliate numbers which are just estimates of the actual ratings and are reported on by most other outlets. The final nationals are typically released within 24 hours of the programming or, in the case of weekends and holidays, a couple days later.

What do you think? Do you like the Escape Routes TV series? Do you think it should be cancelled or renewed for a second season?

I enjoyed the show and participated from the beginning. I especially loved the Social Media aspect of it. Are they able to count how many JUST watched it online?
