Raising the Bar: Cancelled TNT Series Returning (Briefly)

Raising the BarTNT’s cancelled legal drama, Raising the Bar, is returning to the cable channel, albeit for one night.

The final three episodes of the drama, featuring Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Gloria Reuben, Currie Graham, Melissa Sagemiller, J. August Richards and the rest of the cast, will be shown in a mini-marathon on Christmas eve.

The installments begin at 8pm and continue until 11pm. The titles are “Maybe, Baby,” “O! Say Can You Pee,” and “Happy Ending.”

What do you think? Will you be tuning in to watch the Raising the Bar characters have their final day in court and say goodbye? Anything you hope to see happen in the final episodes?

Similar comments……wife and I enjoyed the show. Sitting here tonight I was thinking, “hey, whatever happened to Raising the Bar?” Schedules are so screwy now you never know when a show is suddenly back on for another season (whether a “season” is six episodes, ten, or whatever). So I did my checking and now find it’s dead meat. Bring it back, somebody. We WILL watch it.

I waited and waited for the show to come back on and like the other person who commented I had to finally go online and find out that it was cancelled, what can be done to bring it back?

I AM SO DISAPPOINTED THAT “RAISING THE BAR” WAS NOT RENEWED. I HAVE WAITED, AND WAITED FOR THE RETURN. I FINALLY WENT ON LINE AND FOUND OUT IT HAS BEEN CANCELLED. ARE YA’LL CRAZY. I KNOW LOTS OF FRIENDS THAT WE ALL WATCHED SHOW AND ENJOYED IT GREATLY. I ALWAYS WATCHED OR TAPED TO WATCH SHOW. THE SAME AS I DO FOR “THE CLOSER” AND “DARK BLUE”. I AM TEMPTED TO QUIT WATCHING THEM TOO. IT IS A SURE THING THAT IF I LIKE A SHOW IT WILL END OR GO OFF THE AIR. NO WONDER PEOPLE LISTEN TO MUSIC, AND READ.

I wish my voice had a lot of power to bring this show back. Good writing, good characters, good acting, good stories. Made a person think–and feel. All points for cancellation???????? I’d like someone to pick up this series.

I’m very disappointed that Raising the Bar isn’t coming back. There were so many story lines that I expected it to be on for years. It was probably one of the best new series I had seen in a long time. Please change your mind! The case was great too! I don’t understand how so shows continue while others deserve too and are cut…
