The Cleveland Show: Season Four Ratings

Cleveland Show ratings on FOXWhile some of the other FOX animated shows have already been renewed for next season, The Cleveland Show hasn’t. Last May, FOX decided to delay making a decsion. Could this Family Guy spin-off be cancelled due to low ratings? We’ll have to wait and see.

The fourth season of The Cleveland Show typically airs Sunday nights on the FOX network. Once again, the animated sitcom’s cast includes Mike Henry, Jason Sudeikis, Kevin Michael Richardson, Reagan Gomez-Preston, Sanaa Lathan, and Seth MacFarlane.

Below are the TV show’s ratings for the 2012-13 season, the best way to tell if The Cleveland Show is going to be cancelled or renewed for a fifth season.

UPDATE: FOX maintains that the show hasn’t been cancelled but they aren’t any more episodes and haven’t put it on the 2013-14 schedule.

1.0 in the demo (+25% change) with 2.26 million (+20% change).
Season averages: 1.47 in the demo with 3.13 million.

Episode 04-21: Sunday, 05/12/13
0.8 in the demo (-33% change) with 1.89 million (-29% change).
Season averages: 1.49 in the demo with 3.17 million.

Episode 04-20: Sunday, 04/28/13
1.2 in the demo (+33% change) with 2.66 million (+32% change).
Season averages: 1.53 in the demo with 3.24 million.

Episode 04-19: Sunday, 04/21/13
0.9 in the demo (-25% change) with 2.02 million (-19% change).
Season averages: 1.54 in the demo with 3.27 million.

UPDATE: The Cleveland Show has likely been cancelled.

2.2 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 4.47 million total viewers.
Season averages: 2.20 in the demo with 4.47 million.

Compared to last year’s season opener, the show was down by 29% in the demo (vs a 3.1 rating) and down by 27% in viewership (vs 6.13 million).

Reference point: The 2011-12 season averaged a 1.8 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 3.78 million viewers.

Note: These ratings are collected by the Nielsen company and are the final national numbers. These are different from the fast affiliate numbers which are just estimates of the actual ratings and are reported on by most other outlets. The final nationals are typically released within 24 hours of the programming or, in the case of weekends and holidays, a couple days later.

The writing on this show is awful! It’s just not funny. I love Family Guy and American Dad. I have no idea why this show’s humor is so different from those that I just mentioned. They have to change the writers or just cancel the show. I gave up on this show last year.

Don’t be stupid Fox. PICK IT UP FOR ANOTHER SEASON!!!!
I love The Cleveland Show. Always hated the title though…
But I LOVE THIS FREAKING SHOW!!!!!!
Better not cancel….
