The Bloodline TV show on Netflix has not yet been cancelled or renewed for a third season. Co-creators Glenn Kessler, Todd A. Kessler, and Daniel Zelman have plans for five or six seasons, but right now, they are just waiting to hear on season season three.
The decision to cancel or renew Bloodline, starring Kyle Chandler, Ben Mendelsohn, Linda Cardellini, and Norbert Leo Butz, may well come down to costs.
The Hollywood Reporter says:
“There’s not much to say. The [second season] just launched on Friday (May 27) and Netflix is evaluating how it’s doing for them and it’s performing and are very hopeful that there will be a future as are we,” [Todd A. Kessler] says. He notes that a third season would be financially “challenged” by the end of Florida’s tax incentive but points out the show wasn’t set there for the tax breaks.
“We decided to set the show there and film the show there because it’s crucial to what the show is, not because of the tax incentive, but it does affect things financially for us and the show will be challenged because of that. It makes things more difficult,” he says. “We’re hoping there will be more to come.”

I agree, Bloodline is a great series. I didn’t like how they ended season 2. It seemed like their should have been few more episodes. I can’t wait for season 3.
This is seriously one of the best shows on Netflix if not the best. It rivals Breaking Bad and Game of Thrones and many others that are great. There has to be a season 3!

I agree…if this show is canceled I’m done with Netflix..this is the best show ever made..well except for Linda’s freaks and geeks.. oh bad example that was abruptly cancelled way too soon.

Dark & Addictive! I would like a Season 3. Having said that, having Meg & Kyle minimizing their involvement in covering up the death of Danny seems incongruent & Kyle knocking off Marco seems like “over kill”. The last show of season 3 was so anxiety provoking and unsettling, I want to see more that perhaps will bit by bit free characters from the demons of the past. The writers should lighten up some & have the storyline be less convoluted. Bottom line is I hope to be seeing a Season 3 as overall it was intriguing, and unique.
