The border has been closed. According to The Hollywood Reporter, FOX has cancelled their new animated series Bordertown.
Set on the United States-Mexico border, the comedy centered on two families—the Buckwalds and the Gonzalezes. The voice cast included Hank Azaria, Alex Borstein, Judah Friedlander, Nicholas Gonzalez, and Missi Pyle.
Currently nearing the end of its first season, Bordertown has not fared well in the ratings. So far, the show has only received an average of .75 in the 18-49 demo and 1.788 million viewers.

i wish season 2 would come back i loved every episode of bordertown it was one of my favourite animated tv programs along with Rick and Morty,bobs burgers and family guy. i real hope they bring it out ill miss the gonzalezes!! The jokes were funny! The show was funny! But every episode ended up being about Mexican & American relations because of it’s self-limiting premise of being a Border Town. I feel like this show had what The Cleveland Show and American Dad were missing. But the entire show being confined to a Border Town led me to believe that it wouldn’t be around for very long.
Bring it back, you always cancel things before giving it a freaking chance! Good shiw watch it AAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLL the time on netflix.
Yeah this show needs to come back. We need a Season 2 Fox, I have watched the first season probably a dozen times since I discovered it and we need another round. Let’s do it! C’MON! You canceled Family Guy and its more popular now than ever. Give it a chance. It’s a great show and Ernesto is a beast! I need more of all of them!

I didn’t think this show would of been good until I started watching it and I couldn’t stop. I kept watching episode after episode until I reached the final episode and I couldn’t wait for season 2!!!!
