What do you think? Did you like the Cedar Cove TV show? Do you think it should have been cancelled? Would you have watched a fourth season?
I am very disappointed to hear of Season Four of Cedar Cove being cancelled. Many others have shared the same sentiments. Best Wishes and hopes for one more final episode???? Blessings to the entire cast.
Just found out Cedar Cove was cancelled. Big mistake, this was one of the best shows ever. The whole show was wonderful. Please, Please reconsider your choice and reinstate this show .
I agree with so many comments here. I loved the show, its beautiful scenery and lovable characters…and agree with a comment above that ratings probably went down when the cable channel situation changed.
But to end it with SO MANY cliffhangers, cancel it cold on us and then release it on DVD? Please….fans are begging you to write a conclusive movie length episode or something to give closure! That would make the DVD and its extras a very sweet package indeed. 🙂
Wow I’m so disappointed Cedar Cove is not returning for 2016! I was so looking forward to watching this summer. Boo!

At least bring back one show–the conclusion so we’re not left hanging, even if on Netflix
I found this show on Netflix like most people and only watched season 3 live on Hallmark. The problem is Hallmark is just a boutique player and can’t afford to produce an expensive show. Newer and more mainstream content providers like Netflix should acquire the rights and extend the show several more seasons and when it is time to bring it to a close, do it properly like Downton Abbey did for the sake of the loyal fans.
So true! Great idea.
I agree. This was no way to end a series. Very disappointed.
Why on God’s green earth would ANYONE want to purchase the series on DVD when it has no ending? Just saying…
I’m extremely disappointed that this has been cancelled. I think the first season did so well because it was available on cable/satellite. Then when season 2 was removed from basic cable/satellite service is why it dropped. I already pay so much for my satellite that the thought of having to pay extra made me wait for it to become available on Netflix. I think it is a great show and it ended too soon.
Me too. I fell into this situation.
Who wants tp buy the DVD when there is no ending. Finish it up
too bad this was canceled — it was based on Debbie Macombers cedar cove books very –very loosely I may say!! ( books are wonderful sweet wholesome reads) but I still enjoyed the show and My husband watches with me too. We bought all these on DVD ,since we don’t get hallmark .. To critic this show — the script should of been kept closer to books — they did not do this ..so many characters w/ main ones showing up every book , but the books each share its own story and they did not do this with TV… Read more »
This show was my mother and my favorite show to watch on Saturday nights together. We always made a new healthy snack (that we found on weightwatchers.com) and had wine, while we enjoyed the show. I’m 30, now working and spending time socializing with friends and going on dates, but I always made sure I was free between 8-9 on Saturday. My mother even spent last summer in Thailand with my sister and brother-in-law as they awaited the arrival of their first child- I DVR’d every episode and waited until she got home to watch them, so we could watch… Read more »
We would love to see a season 4, I have read all the books and I love the show.
I have been watching in the UK, but very difficult to follow as kept switching channels and finally edited in to two hour movies with some very poor editing with the order of scenes switched which caused all sorts of continuity issues. It’s been a good series, but not really given room to breath. At times some new characters were poorly introduced and I was left wondering who they were as they were never given enough time or purpose.
please reconsider I love this show
I loved the show. Finally a clean, sweet romance with enough twists and turns to keep you interested, and I never worried about watching it with my grandchildren in the house. So hard to find a good show like this one. At least tell us if some of the loose ends can be tied up in some of her books.
Please, please consider a movie or maybe a 2-part movie to bring a conclusion to this story! Don’t leave us hanging!!!!
