Starring Niecy Nash as manicure shop owner and money launderer, Desna Simms, Claws follows the diverse and dangerous staff of her Nail Artisan of Manatee County salon. The TNT TV series also stars Carrie Preston, Harold Perrineau, Jenn Lyon, Judy Reyes, Karrueche Tran, Jason Antoon, Kevin Rankin, Jack Kesy, and Dean Norris. Desna dreams of getting out from under the mob’s thumb, and starting afresh in a beautiful new shop, but the universe may have other plans.

Please renew this show. It’s like everything in this world some people are going to like it some not. But don’t make those who like it pay the consequences for the ones who don’t like it.
I really like the show Claws. The characters are funny and so interesting that they have me wondering who and where they were before I met them 3 weeks ago. The storyline keeps me shocked and laughing at the same time. These women rock…( an I can’t stand Uncle Daddy, but he is FUNNY!).

I luv the show and all of the ladies keep’n it real! The culture of the South is Dead on! I want more of this show I miss the South but I feel right at home watching Claws!

Yes! It is trashy, and violent and funny and shocking and interesting and intense and strategic and loving and everything else that describes real life. I LOVE THE SHOW.

I think it should be cancel not into at all Karrueche Tran is a horrible actress the whole show is like been there done that it’s BORING as hell and wack.
She really is a terrible actress she’s clearly got some fans though because they’ve all been trying to convince me that she’s good for this part but she’s the one that stood out to me most being that she’s in a leading role and simply put cannot deliver.
It was overzealous with sex scenes and played on this generations ratchet form of entertainment that we see on reality TV to mask the fact that the writing was lackluster and played on the most overused stereotypes. The actors were not talented aside from Niecy Nash and a couple of the other cast members. The white guys character was just plain offensive and borderline culture appropriating of black men. I’m sorry that you don’t like the show but I think it’s great! I do wonder why that put it up against Power, I don’t think that was smart…but I’m watching the show and taping Power so…

I agree with a lot of what you said but those are the things that make the show great. These characters are the epitome of stereotypical, and that is part of what makes the show funny. Roller was a clown( what’s the word Polly Bird)…but that was part of his appeal. — Give it one more try why don’t ya?
I can’t I just found it too offensive and I honestly expected it to be more because the concept is amazing I just wish they’d gone about it in a different way.
No, I don’t think that any of the characters should change. I think that this show is perfectly cast. Neicy, Tran and ALL of those women are EXCELLENT. What would Sheryl Underwood do on this show? Who would she be?
I literally said she’d add a natural comedic factor that I feel the show is lacking what part of that didn’t you comprehend? I love the show and the cast. I’m not offended by the role played by Ms. Tran. I haven’t seen anything else on television that resembles this show. I love Niecy Nash as the leading actress. This past episode Gina Torres guest starred and she was excellent. I look forward to the next episode. Also, the HBO series “Insecure,” with Issa Ray will return this month. It’s critically acclaimed and Issa is an excellent comedic actress.

I didn’t like the show. Too much violence and sex. I thought it would have more sofistication. The outfits the hair is terrible and some of the actors was terrible and some were good. I’ll Pass
Not quite sure how you guys did ratings for this show since it just premiered last night. The show just premiered on June 11th.
