Patrick Warburton’s last live-action sitcom, Rules of Engagement, had a long run on CBS. How will his new TV show, Crowded, perform in the ratings for NBC? Will it be a hit or a flop? Cancelled or renewed for a second season? Stay tuned.
On Crowded, Mike (Patrick Warburton) and Martina Moore (Carrie Preston) are finally reclaiming their wild side after 20 years of parenting. Their plans go awry when both of their two grown daughters — Shea (Miranda Cosgrove) and Stella (Mia Serafino) — and Mike’s parents, Bob (Stacy Keach) and Alice (Carlease Burke), unexpectedly move back in to the house.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available — usually the next day, around 11:30am EST/8:30am PST. Refresh to see the latest.
5/13 update: NBC has cancelled this series so there won’t be a second season. Details here.
5/23 update: You can see the rest of the latest night’s ratings.
Note: If you’re not seeing the updated chart, please try reloading the page or view it here.
Note: Note: These are the Live + Same Day Ratings which include “live” viewing plus delayed DVR viewing, up until 3am local time that same night. Ratings marked with an “*” are the fast affiliate ratings and will be updated with the Live+SD numbers when they are made available. Typically, networks get paid for C+3 ratings which includes DVR viewing within three days of the original airing when commercials are watched. Those numbers are rarely released to the press.
What do you think? Do you like the Crowded TV series? Should it be cancelled or renewed for a second season?
They don’t give shows a chance:( the bad shows linger:(
Should have given it a second season with a day and time slot. People are just now discovering it. It has a higher rated live+3 and live + then a show they renewed. Also they followed a low lead in. I know allot of people who are binge watching just now.
Wife and I could completely relate to this show. NBC screwed the pooch here by putting this in a terrible time slot and never promoting it. I hope there is a groundswell to bring this back. Very funny show.
Finally a laugh out loud entertaining sitcom with a fantastic cast and writers and it is getting cancelled after one season! Seriously, what is wrong with you NBC! Played in a terrible time slot…. This show wasn’t even given a chance! Whoever made this decision should be fired!
I love this show very funny but on the wrong network. NBC cancels all the good shows and barley keeps any comdeys. We are lucky they kept superstore
Don’t cancel one of the best comedies in years
This show could be great but I don’t think NBC will keep it around. Such a shame too. Very bad time slot, honestly don’t even know what night it’s on but have seen every episode either on demand or DVR. If it wasn’t for a friend mentioning it the show would’ve sailed passed me. If it were my network I’d try it on another night before canning it and coming out with more crap to throw against the wall.
Please renew the show it is a great show. they are all great and its so much fun. Love them all
Please renew this show. My husband and I love this show. We watch it every week and always are laughing out loud. Give it time to catch on.
I love the show, it is so funny. Please do not cancel
Wow… You gave them eight weeks in Spring, Sunday;s 9:30 and following a low watched second year lead in. They retained very well and needed a minute to get going. Had potential, Great cast
Crowded has grown on me… I wasn’t sure about it at first but its rly started to catch its stride recently… It’s rly a shame they decided to cancel this instead of letting it continue to find its voice. =\
I think cast is great . Give it a second season and let characters storylines develop
I love Crowded and i hope it gets renewed for season two
I do not like this show. Hope this show comes to an end soon
