TV show description:
Following the death of their cleaning-woman mother, young Willis (Todd Bridges) and Arnold Jackson (Gary Coleman) go to live with her wealthy former-employer, widower Phillip Drummond (Conrad Bain).
They all live in an upper-class Park Avenue penthouse with Phillip’s daughter Kimberly (Dana Plato) and live-in housekeeper Edna Garrett (Charlotte Rae).
As time goes on, Mrs. Garrett leaves for her own series (The Facts of Life) and is first replaced by Adelaide Brubaker (Nedra Volz) and then Pearl Gallagher (Mary Jo Catlett).
Mr. Drummond eventually meets and marries Maggie McKinney (Dixie Carter, later Mary Ann Mobley), who has a young son named Sam (Danny Cooksey).
The view needs to go. I always enjoyed the the previous years when world news
Was discussed. Now it’s all sex and Hollywood with no serious discussion.
Whoopie is disgusting with her hair and appearance. What is with her clothes!
She is opinionated and loud with little education to support her views.
The guests they have on are weird and have added no content.
I do not watch the show anymore.
