Though Disney Channel hasn’t made any official announcement, it appears that their family sitcom Dog with a Blog is ending with season three. Members of the cast are feeling pretty emotional about wrapping up filming.
On Tuesday, co-star Beth Littleford tweeted the above photo and wrote, “#DWAB final scene on the final day of shooting #SingleTear (actually #OpenMouthedSobbing).” The tweet has since been deleted.
On Instagram, co-star Genevieve Hannelius posted photos and wrote, “Dog With a Blog season 3 wrap party. They are some of my best friends and working with people you love is so special and wonderful. I feel so grateful. Thank you to our dedicated and supportive DWAB fans- I hope we made you all proud. I’m excited for you all to see the rest of season 3! new episode this Friday!!
On the Twitter account for Mick (who plays the show’s title character) a message reads “WHAT! It’s our last day!!! #DWAB #stan”. On Stan the dog’s Instagram account, this photo was posted and titled simply “Goodbye Dog with a Blog.”
There is a positive side for fans of Dog with a Blog however. All indications are that there are many new episodes on the way and they will be airing well into 2015. Season two had 24 episodes.

They should keep going it was a really awesome TV show for kids to watch. With I am watching family members they ask me to turn that so on. But I look they don’t have it on any more

dwab is a perfect family show. great comedy and great lesson learned just by watching. we”ve invested 3 years of our lives in this show. we all deserve our 4th season. its inhuman of you to cancel on us.

I loved that show sooo very much I miss it I’m crying now I just realized that it got cancelled and I think you all should renew it
I don’t understand Disney Channel at all. Some shows, like Austin and Ally, and Kickin’ it-were done too death…yet this sgow which had so much promise and was so original: (not many shows where dogs are main characters and talk…)-plus so many people enjoyed it, and it had so many places it can go from Ellen and Bennett finding out Stan and the pups can talk.
