There’s a new comedy in the works at FX. Deadline reports the network has ordered a pilot from Cristin Milioti and Nina Pedrad.
Milioti has starred in How I Met Your Mother and the short-lived NBC sitcom A to Z. Pedrad has worked as a writer for New Girl and 30 Rock.
The untitled pilot will follow Maxine (Milioti), “an entitled actress-turned-process-server,” her weed-dealing friend Natalie (Pedrad), her other friend Amy, and her stepbrother Landis “as they navigate the abject shit-storm that is adulthood.”
Milioti and Pedrad will executive produce alongside the team behind It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia—Rob McElhenney, Charlie Day and Glenn Howerton.
What do you think? Are you a fan of Milioti or Pedrad’s work? Would you watch their FX comedy?
