Looks like Jessica Fletcher won’t be solving the many murders of Westeros. Entertainment Weekly reports Angela Lansbury will not appear in season seven of Game of Thrones despite recent reports.

Rumors of the Murder, She Wrote star guesting on the HBO series reportedly began on a German website noted for its habit of exaggerating the truth. Lansbury’s representatives later confirmed to EW that the actress will not be appearing on the fantasy drama.

However, one of Lansbury’s contemporaries, Jim Broadbent, will have a significant role in season seven. The details of his role are being kept under wraps, but the new season of Game of Thrones is slated to premiere next summer.
