TV show description:
After purchasing an engagement ring to give his fiance, Portland homicide detective Nick Burkhardt (David Giuntoli) sees a pretty woman’s face briefly morph into a monster’s. Shortly afterward, he and his partner, Hank Griffin (Russell Hornsby), are called to investigate the violent death of a female college student in the woods. Her limbs seem to have been pulled apart by a superhuman wolf creature. Later, a girl in a red coat disappears.
While at the home of his devoted girlfriend, Juliette Silverton (Bitsie Tulloch), Nick is visited by his Aunt Marie (Kate Burton), a librarian. She pulls him aside but, before she can tell him the reason for her visit, they’re attacked by a monster. Marie is gravely hurt but Nick shoots and kills the monster — who then transforms into a human. The monster’s weapon is decorated with strange writing that spells “Reapers of the Grimms.”
Badly injured, Marie gives Nick a necklace and tells him to guard it with his life. She also tells him that his parent didn’t die in a car accident as he believed — they were murdered. At the hospital, Marie tells Nick that he is one of the last “Grimms,” an elite line of criminal profilers. They are charged with keeping balance between humanity and the mythological creatures of the world. It turns out that the Grimms’ Fairy Tales are true stories and the monsters in them are real.
Nick later inspects Marie’s trailer and finds hidden weapons, books, and other Grimm equipment. He studies an open book and immediately finds a picture of the girl that he saw outside the jewelry store.
While still investigating his case, Nick sees a man named Eddie Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) transform into a wolf. It turns out that he’s not the killer. Monroe explains that there are many different Grimm creatures and not all of them are villainous. Monroe has been able to quell his true nature and exist peacefully with humans, like many Grimm creatures do. With his help, Nick locates the killer, kills him, and rescues the girl.
As Nick tries to hide the dangers of his new found calling from Juliette, Hank, and his boss, Captain Renard (Sasha Roiz), he becomes more entrenched in the ancient rivalries and alliances of the Grimm world. Nick must navigate through the forces of a larger-than-life mythology, facing off with Hexenbiests, Blutbads and all manner of ancient evils.

What do you think? Do you like the Grimm TV show? Do you think it should be ending with season six? Would you have watched a seventh season?

Can’t believe they canceled Grimm, it was such a good show, my family always looked forward to watching it. Please bring it back and cancel some of these stupid reality shows. Pretty soon people will stop watching tv altogether because all the good shows are taken off. So disappointed.
There was no nudity … foul language .. nothing like we see on other shows!!! I was CLEAN, humorous and decent to watch .. even for children … what a crime it is no longer on tv … maybe if one of the Kardashians, Taylor Swift, some foul mouth would appear, then it would be acceptable .. what a shame people can’t watch decent tv .. with a little humor, horror, imagination !!!!!!!!!
After all the pain and tears I got put through in season 6, I want a new season!! I could have ever guessed what was about to happen… Also I binged watched this in just over a week and had school and mock GCSEs to study for! I can’t believe its now over… It breaks my heart to know that something I would have never known about I would fall in love with because, I wanted to read the Grimm version of Little Red Riding Hood, and then find this show. I have never felt more emotions within me than… Read more »
Grimm was about the only show that I looked forward too each week. I love basketball, but missed Grimm when basketball took it’s place. I shouldn’t be hard to bring it back. My wife and I watched it from the very first show and never missed it. I did have my recorder set to record every Grimm show. I’d be happy to see Grimm, starting from the first show an on. How about putting it on Netflix starting with the pilot? I’d watch them all over again.

This was the best show on television. I agree with all those who cannot understand how really creative and fun shows like this get cancelled way too soon, but reality shows seem to go on forever. I know they are cheaper and children (old and young) seem drawn to them like brain-damaged moths to a flame! Oh, well. If I want reality, I can watch the real news, but that is getting as rare as good television. Maybe it is a blessing. I need to stop watching these networks altogether and go back to reading the classics! thanks for crappy… Read more »
LOVE Grimm. Very creative & unique. NOT formulaic like so much of TV today. PLEASE bring it back!
Hey, now that Emerald City was cancelled can Grimm be renewed and put its time spot? What was upsetting during the last few seasons, weekly shows would be postponed to make way for sporting events! The not knowing when Grimm would be on was frustrating, which I felt may have caused viewers to lose interest.
Really surprised and disappointed at this cancellation. My friends, family and several co-workers all really enjoyed this show and many of us watched it from episode 1. So much more could keep audiences interested for years. Adults, teens and kids liked this show. So much horrible television on , this was one of the few shows worthy of TIVO. Wsy too many cooking, singing/talent, stupid sitcoms on now. Please someone give this show another chance. As with.most mystical characters, they could be easily brought back from the dead. Please give us more Grimm!
was very sad to see Grimm get cancelled watched it from the very first show to the final. would so much like to see it returned.
Grimm was a fantastic different kind of show it never failed to entertain my wife and I. we never missed a single episode, Why is it that its always the good shows that get cancelled and the crappy ones go on and on and on. Come on people get your act together and restart this great piece of entertainment………Please
