NBC has released some information, images, and a video preview of their upcoming primetime dramatic series, Heartbreaker. The hour-long series will debut this fall and air on Tuesday nights at 9pm — following The Voice.

HEARTBREAKER
Based on the real life and achievements of Dr. Kathy Magliato, this unique character-driven medical drama follows Dr. Alex Panttiere (Melissa George, “The Slap”), an outspoken, world-renowned heart transplant surgeon, one of the few women in her field. Stubborn and fearless, Alex always operates on her own terms. She revels in a racy personal life that’s a full-time job in itself, manages the daily demands of skeptical faculty and dutiful interns, and pushes the boundaries of medical science to impressive new heights.

Skipping this one for sure…. Another medical show NBC? How creative…..yawn….. at least they’re not sticking Dr Oz in it… again.
Let’s see. NBC has screwed up enough alreadyI don’t know if I want to try anything new because it’ll probably be cancelled just I get into it.State of Affairs was a great show but what do they know. Great shows, great actresses, etc that doesn’t matter at all.
How completely typical and predictable of the idiots in charge of NBC. Cancel the interesting, compelling “State of Affairs,” ignoring its fans, then whip up another new medical show which will no doubt fail within the first 3 episodes. Thanks for exactly NOTHING … you should all lose your pathetic jobs.
Heartbreaker is going to be a huge flop for NBC and I have a feeling that Dave Annable should have yet another failed series like he did with 666 Park Avenue and last season’s Red Band Society.
Enjoyed this show so much a mixture of comedy and some edge of your seat drama. Couldnt wait to see what the next week woukd bring. Should never have been cancelled. Characters were great!!!!
