The recipes, lifestyle tips, and celebrity interviews will continue (eventually) on Hallmark. The cable channel has renewed the daytime lifestyle series Home & Family for a ninth season with Debbie Matenopoulos and Cameron Mathison as hosts.
Debuting in April 1996 as The Home and Family Show, this Hallmark Channel series was initially hosted by Cristina Ferrare, Michael Burger, and Chuck Woolery. It ran until August 1998. Home & Family was revived in 2012 and has been a staple of Hallmark’s schedule ever since. Hosts Mark Steines and Paige Davis kicked off the revival but Davis left after six weeks, replaced by Ferrare. Ferrare was dropped from the program in 2016 and was replaced by Matenopoulos. Steines was replaced in 2018 with Mathison taking his place.

Hallmark Channel has renewed its three-time Daytime Emmy®-nominated lifestyle program, “Home & Family,” for Season 9. Two-time Emmy® nominee Debbie Matenopoulos and three-time Emmy® nominee Cameron Mathison will continue as hosts of the show that features celebrity interviews as well as a fun, fresh perspective on cooking, DIY, gardening, wellness and more.
According to the channel’s site, the last original eighth season episode aired March 13th, prior to production being shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The hosts and contributors have been filming segments at home and they’ve been posted to Hallmark’s site.

I miss this show so much. Cameron and Debbie are so great together as well as the other cast. Please bring it all back soon!
Please ask Hallmark to do a final show about the return from the honeymoon of the Darcy’s – thank you. After having a stroke 3 years ago, this channel helped me keep my sanity. Can’t get round well so have really watched this channel – good endings and noviolence so thank you sincerely.

Please bring the show back. This show has been something I’ve looked forward to every morning. During a struggling time in my life Home and Family was there for me and helped with the start of my day. They are really like family.

Cannot wait for the show to return. It has been part of my daily routine for years. I miss Debbie, Cameron, & other hosts, not to mention daily recipes. For years I have been introduced to new recipes I tried in my own kitchen. Being quarantined has been tougher due to not having a daily dose of routine shows. I understand all need to be safe but I miss my this show so much!
We would love to see the show make a come back when it is safe to do so. We miss the show!
Yes! I miss every aspect of the show. I am 79, still working part-time, and have 14 grandchildren. I still learn so much from Home and Family.

Yes, I hope it will be renewed. I particularly like the segments that feature actors from the various Hallmark shows. It’s interesting to see them outside of their scripted roles.
