TV show description:
Created by Craig Piligian (an executive producer of Survivor), this one-hour reality series takes a hard look at those who put their health and lives on the line for their occupations.
Hosted by former Navy Fighter Pilot Hunter Ellis, each episode follows a different set of men and women in their dangerous line of work.
Episodes feature the Alaskan Coast Guard whose members assist on a rescue mission on the treacherous Alaskan coastline; four top riders of the Professional Bull Riders Association who pursue the Tulsa Classic; minesweepers in Angola; war photographers in Israel’s West Bank and Gaza Strip; bike messengers; avalanche hunters; hurricane chasers; test pilots; oil cappers; and a man whose work in assisting rescue and recovery efforts of African animals is deemed too dangerous to insure.
This action-packed documentary-style series shows that, while their jobs are incredibly dangerous, those who perform them couldn’t think of another place they’d rather be.
