AMC has found great success with their zombie dramas but their other shows haven’t been nearly as successful in the ratings. How will Into the Badlands do? Will it be a hit or a miss? Cancelled or renewed for a second season? Stay tuned.

A martial arts drama, Into the Badlands takes place centuries into the future in a feudal society called the Badlands. Seven rival Barons control access to the Badlands’ essential resources and each one maintains an army of enforcers to protect their interests. In the middle of it, a warrior and a boy travel together as they seek enlightenment.  The cast includes Daniel Wu, Marton Csokas, Orla Brady, Sarah Bolger, Aramis Knight, Emily Beecham, Oliver Stark, Madeleine Mantock, and Alexia Ioannides.

The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s chances of staying on the air. The higher the ratings, the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available.

Final season averages: 1.79 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 3.86 million total viewers.
