What’s in store for Jane the Virgin‘s final season? The CW just released a first look at the TV show’s season five premiere.

The dramedy centers on Jane (Gina Rodriguez), a young woman who becomes accidentally impregnated via artificial insemination. The cast also includes Andrea Navedo, Yael Grobglas, Ivonne Coll, Jaime Camil, and Justin Baldoni.

The fifth and final season of Jane the Virgin premieres on The CW on March 27th at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
