Ray Romano is returning to CBS. Entertainment Weekly reports the Everybody Loves Raymond star will guest on the network’s new series Kevin Can Wait.
The sitcom stars Kevin James as a retired cop who is spending more time with his family after decades on the force. The cast also includes Erinn Hayes, Leonard Earl Howze, Gary Valentine, and Lenny Venito.
On the series, Romano “will play a friendly, pushy car salesman named Vic Margolis.” The episode will premiere sometime this fall.
What do you think? Are you a fan of Ray Romano? Have you seen Kevin Can Wait yet?
Ray Romano has made it big from being a stand up comedian to his own show and the re-runs are still playing here in NY, so people must be watching it otherwise it wouldn’t still be on TV. It would be very nice to see him again in a sitcom series each week. Good comedian, good actor, delivers his lines perfectly. Very glad he’s back on TV again. I was not going to watch ‘Kevin Can Wait’ but now I definitely will. Thanks CBS ! 🙂
Ray Romano …the broken crutch. I never found him funny (annoying, yes) as a stand-up comedian and never watched “Everybody loves (I’m sick to death) of Raymond” or any other show he has appeared on including ‘King of Queens”episodes. “Kevin”‘s daughter with the cranial space vacuum was the only nail I needed for that particular coffin. Ray’s participation now is “redumbnent”. Ta1/2M
