What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the NBC television network, Midnight, Texas stars François Arnaud, Dylan Bruce, Parisa Fitz-Henley, Arielle Kebbel, Jason Lewis, Peter Mensah, Sarah Ramos, and Yul Vázquez. Based on the book series of the same name, from True Blood author Charlaine Harris, the supernatural drama plays out in the remote Texas town of Midnight, where nothing is what it seems. There, only outsiders belong, while normality is just plain weird. It is the best haven for people who need to hide from the world at large. The townies come together to form a sort of chosen family. Together they fend off external pressures from nosy police officers, vicious biker gangs, and their own dark pasts.

Telly’s Take
Midnight, Texas was originally supposed to premiere in the mid-season, but in the end, the Peacock network held it for summer. What’s more — they only ordered ten episodes. While none of that adds up to anything definitive, it could indicate that they have less faith in the series. The ratings have not been very good so I suspect that the show will be cancelled. We all need more Midnight, Texas! Too many uninteresting Reality shows…. Bring more magic and mystery to the night’s lineup and less backstabbing and banter! I read the books and loved the creative ways that brought it to the screen…

I don’t get attached to network shows…They count rating unless it’s a show that the beautiful people like…Then the ratings can suck and it’s on forever…Madam Secretary will be on forever…On such a big network you’d think they’d want a show with Bigger ratings…But hey doesn’t everyone want to see a show about a woman Secretary of State and how she saves the world every week? Art immitating life right?
I have faithfully watched this season every week. The characters, to me, were realistic in a supernatural setting. I will be heartbroken if we dont get another season of this attention getting series.
Please don’t cancel this renew for as many seasons as possible love the show.

Too much rubbish gets recommissioned as it is, so let’s save the good stuff. Love this show! I warmed to the characters more than I thought I would and 10 episodes wasn’t enough!
