Are you a fan of Outsiders? WGN America just cancelled the TV series after two seasons. What do you think? Do you think it should have been renewed? Would you watch a third season on another channel?
Airing on Tuesday nights, the Outsiders drama follows the Farrell clan, a tight-knit family who reside in the rugged hills of Appalachia and come into conflict with the surrounding population. The cast includes David Morse, Thomas M. Wright, Ryan Hurst, Joe Anderson, Gillian Alexy, Kyle Gallner, Christina Jackson, Francie Swift, and Phyllis Somerville.
Ratings have never been great for Outsiders, but it’s been one of the highest-rated original scripted shows on WGN America. Currently, season two is averaging a 0.21 rating in the 18-49 demo and 780,000 viewers — down by 26% in the demo when compared to the first season. Now, it seems that the upcoming season two finale, scheduled for April 25th, will also serve as the series finale.
Or, will it? Sony Pictures Television is reportedly shopping a third season of Outsiders to other outlets. The show’s ratings wouldn’t seem to be a strong selling point but, these days, you never know.

Yes I would watch it on another channel. I hate when something is good then all of a sudden it gets cancelled. Just because of stupid ratings.
yes I love this show me and my friends watch it I like everyone but hasil and Sally Ann is what keeps us watching every week
Omg this is one of the best shows ever. I added extra channels just to get wgn for this show!! Please keep this show going I don’t care what channel just don’t cancel it. So mad right now!!!!!

I love Outsiders and want to see a season three filmed here. It is great watching it and seeing scenes from all around us. Please bring it back! Shay must stay!!!!

WGN is ridiculous. I paid DIRECTV an extra 30 bucks a month to watch this because this channel is so far out of its mind. Move the series to another channel people actually know of and this would easily rival any pre Tv big network show.
