At the NBC session at the TCA Winter Press Tour, NBC Chairman Robert Greenblatt gave Parks and Recreation an impromptu renewal for season seven.

He started out by saying, “It’s always dicey to say anything definitive here because you have no idea how all of the creators and auspices of all the shows come running to us when we say anything specific here… however we’re feeling bullish about Parks and Rec and that’s all I’m going to say.”

He was later pressed and ultimately said, “I’ll go out on a limb… Parks and Rec is going to have a seventh season.”
