This show doesn’t need reviving. ABC has renewed their new Resurrection TV series for a second season.
On Resurrection, a small town in Missouri is turned upside down when deceased loved ones start to return. The cast includes Omar Epps, Kurtwood Smith, Frances Fisher, Devin Kelley, Matt Craven, Samaire Armstrong, Mark Hildreth, Sam Hazeldine, and Landon Gimenez.
Following a lot of promotion, this drama debuted to a very strong 3.8 rating with 13.9 million viewers. The ratings have fallen quite a bit in the last few weeks but it’s still generating positive numbers for ABC. The network has had a tough time filling their Sunday night schedule and this is one of only two new ABC dramas that have had any success in the ratings.

I am so glad it was renewed. I usually don’t get caught up in TV series. I work a lot of hours, but this show caught my attention. The mystery had me taping the show. I’m looking forward to the series continuing.

The people who play in ressurrection are like family members, WE LIVE THEM AND WE LOVE OUR SHOW, I THINK IT STARTS BACK UP IN ABOUT 10 days, i can’t wait, me my mom, my living sister, my other sis is alive too in heaven, God bless the show and all of us, Wayne

Glad it’s coming back, to many unfinished story lines that go on for a long time. Now who in hell thinks that a five episode season is long enough to learn anything , It’s that good story line disappears for 8 months that SUCKS !!! As I recall the old soaps used run 5 five days with no seasonal brake . And they last 30 years??? Who is the dumb **** that thinks that canned laughter is entertaining . I can’t stand stupid fake reality shows.
