TV show description:
This dramatic science-fiction TV series explores the question “What would you do without it all?” A family struggles to reunite in an American landscape where every single piece of technology — computers, refrigerators, air conditioners, planes, cars, phones, lights — has mysteriously stopped working. Electrical power has simply gone away. The show also revolves around the idea of family — both the family you’re born into and the family you choose.
Charlie Matheson (Tracy Spiridakos) is the headstrong, curious and daring daughter of Rachel (Elizabeth Mitchell) and Ben Matheson (Tim Guinee). Ben is hiding a mysterious secret about the blackout. Maggie (Anna Lise Phillips), a medical doctor, became involved with him following his wife’s death.
When Charlie’s younger and thoughtful brother, Danny (Graham Rogers), is kidnapped by militia leaders, she must reconnect with her estranged uncle Miles Matheson (Billy Burke), a former US Marine and warrior who’s living as a recluse.
Together, with a rogue band of survivors, they set out to rescue Danny, overthrow the militia and ultimately re-establish the United States of America. All the while, they explore the enduring mystery of why the power failed and how or if it will ever return.
The rebel group includes fighter Nora (Daniella Alonso); General “Bass” Monroe (David Lyons), a former Marine who served alongside Miles; and Aaron (Zak Orth), a former Google executive and a computer genius who’s ill-prepared for the rigors of the technology-less world.
Captain Tom Neville (Giancarlo Esposito), a cultured former insurance adjuster turned Monroe Republic leader and Nate Walker (JD Pardo) is a member of the militia who has conflicted feelings for Charlie.
Episode #42 — Declaration of Independence
Miles (Billy Burke), Charlie (Tracy Spiridakos) and Monroe (David Lyons) launch an attack on the Patriots, but must improvise a risky new plan in order to halt the oncoming war between California and Texas. Out for revenge, Neville (Giancarlo Esposito) sets his sights on President Davis (guest star Cotter Smith). Meanwhile, Aaron (Zak Orth) and Rachel’s (Elizabeth Mitchell) efforts to save Priscilla (guest star Maureen Sebastian) from the nano-tech has unexpected consequences.
First aired: May 21, 2014.
What do you think? Do you like the Revolution TV series? Do you think it should be cancelled or renewed for another season?

Keep it……the plot gets better and better. Acting is great. But…….stop leaving weeks in between the episodes……that’s what causes lost interest. It’s a great show!!!
Universal just keeps shooting itself in the foot. When they got the SciFi channel they ruined it, changed the name to SyFy (SeeFee) and the last time I watched that channel was the last ‘Stargate: Universe’ episode and that was that. Now all NBC will have is SNL and that show stinks most of the time, the late night debacle, ******** over Conan O’Brien for Jimmy Fallon and no to low talent Seth Meyers and I can’t believe they got that sissy Fred Armissan on guitar for Seth Meyers, I saw that guy on a Talking Dead episode and couldn’t… Read more »

Keep it!
I had planned on watching Rosemary’s Baby tonight but I will not be watching anything else on NBC except for the last episodes of Revolution. If Rosemary’s Baby comes on Netflix or Hulu Plus in the future I’ll watch it. After the last episodes of Revolution I plan on cancelling my T.V. This way I won’t allow a T.V. channel to disappoint me anymore and I’ll have more money. That’s a win-win.
Don’t cancel Revolution. Excellent show that I watch every week as do many of my friends.
Don’t cancel. Renew
Can’t believe this show has been cancelled. It is one of my favorites. What is it going to take to being back Revolution?!
PLEASE DO NOT CNCEL REVOLUTION I LOVE THAT SHOW I WILL BOYCOTT NBC IF THEY DO AND WILL NOT WATCH IT AGAIN!! NO NEED TO CANCEL A SHOW JUST BECAUSE THEY HAPPEN TO DIVULGE INFORMATION OF WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON IN THE WORLD OR WHAT WILL ONE DAY COME TO FRUITION!!
Please dont cancel Great show. I hate when you get interested in a good show, they just cancel with no warning. Makes me not wanting to watch any new shows.
It’s the networks fault, they kept putting the show on hiatus and moving it to Wednesdays didn’t help. If NBC won’t renew then sell the rights to a network that will, don’t just cancel it because this is a great show that’s really taken us places.
My favorite show is being cancelled (angry)…… This is why I don’t start watching new shows usually until 3rd season, it happens to me every year. I am very disappointed and turns me off to he whole Prime Time TV experience every fall.
Please reconsider saving this great show, I want to see what happens to the characters and the human population. I have a great idea cancel one of your reality TV shows and let a great show with incredible actors stay on.
PLEASE KEEP REVOLUTION ON THE AIR!!!!!!!!!! I really hoped NBC would renew but hope now that another network will pick up this show!!
DON’T cancel REVOLUTION! It is one of my favorite shows!!!
Typical move by NBC they cancel a show that is actually good, so they can show crap like the Voice. Worst tv network out there
I agree with the majority on here and think NBC needs to go back to Good T.V.101. Revolution is one of the best shows on T.V. They made up my mind. I’ve been thinking about cancelling my T.V. provider and stick with Netflix and add Hulu Plus. I get news and weather on the internet. The extra money a month will be nice.
Love this show! Don’t cancel it!!!
I can’t believe they are cancelling Revolution. It is a great show. If only they would at least give us some closure it would be better than to leave us hanging. I hate that you have a good show and then up and cut it because it does not do as good as some of the others. It makes me not want to start watching anything that is a series. That way you don’t get involved with the characters when they cancel. Shame on NBC.
