Riverdale: Season Two Production Begins But Who’s Missing?

Did somebody else die on Riverdale? Production has begun on season two of the CW TV series, but one cast member is noticeably absent, Seventeen reports.

Based on the characters in Archie Comics, the drama follows the residents of a small town in the aftermath of a mysterious murder. The cast also includes KJ Apa, Cole Sprouse, Lili Reinhart, Camila Mendes, Luke Perry, Mädchen Amick, Marisol Nichols, Casey Cott, and Madelaine Petsch.

Lately, the cast and crew of Riverdale have been posting photos from the set of season two. However, one cast member does not appear in any of the behind-the-scenes photos. That star? Luke Perry. As fans will know, Perry’s character — Fred Andrews — was shot at the very end of season one. Does the actor’s absence mean Fred has been killed off? What do you think?
