What’s This TV Show About?
An E! Entertainment primetime soap opera, The Royals stars Elizabeth Hurley, William Moseley, Alexandra Park, Jake Maskall, Tom Austen, Genevieve Gaunt, and Max Brown. The drama centers on a fictional British royal family, in modern day London. They inhabit a world of opulence that caters to their every desire, but one that also comes with a price tag of duty, destiny, and intense public scrutiny.
Season Four Ratings
The fourth season of The Royals is averaging a 0.16 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 401,000 viewers. Compared to season three, that’s down by 30% and 25%, respectively. Find out how The Royals stacks up against other scripted E! TV shows.

Telly’s Take
Will E! cancel or The Royals for season five? Back in December of 2017 though, the creator was fired in the wake of sexual misconduct allegations. Whether or not that affects this show’s chance to continue remains to be seen. The ratings have seen a significant drop but my sense is that E! wants to continue to dabble in the scripted TV business. I’ll update this page with breaking developments. I discovered the Royals Feb. 2018 and I watched the whole 3 seasons within two weeks twice that is how much I enjoyed it. Jasper and Eleanor and Cyrus were my favorite characters and of course the queen and her Secretary priceless. The side stories were marvelous, a show worth watching, not as boring as the rest of the shows, this one sparked me and still sparks me as I watched it again from ep 1 season 1 and I am now on the 4th season. the ONLY reason why it’s ratings went down is they didn’t advertise the show enough and it’s harder to find on the E app. if they tried to advertise half as much as they advertise for dumb reality TV shows the show would not be as under appreciated. Considering the amazing cast, crazy twists, and addicting drama and chemistry i hope the show keeps on going
Do not cancel. We live this show. Season 4 was not promoted as much as the other seasons, and I had to binge watch after looking for it. But it was great!
You CAN´T CANCEL. I absolutely love this serial and I need to know how the story will continue. There are some suprising things happend in the final part. Catherine is pregnant and quin´s personal butler kidnapped her, Willow said YES to Robby…????Why, God, Violet came to wedding atc. We have to know how this all end. Please give us a season 5 and we all will worship you, aren´t we guys!??
I would be devastated if left in limbo!! My husband is even a HUGE fan!!! And he’s 50!!!! Please please re-new for season 5! U just have to!!! There are to many variables left unsaid. My husband and I were literally jumping up and down in our seats at the suspense of what’s to come!!! Please!!!!!

YOU CAN’T CANCEL. The new queen is fixing to show her true colors. Does Liem have a true air to the throne or is this some sick joke where Robert is one step ahead of him again? Will the True Queen let her reign end so easily? What’s next for Jasper and Eleanor? Sirus’ girlfriend didn’t show up again for no reason. And DID Robert really have his father killed. HOW CAN I/WE GO ON WITH OUT KNOWING WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON???
