What’s This TV Show About?
An E! Entertainment primetime soap opera, The Royals stars Elizabeth Hurley, William Moseley, Alexandra Park, Jake Maskall, Tom Austen, Genevieve Gaunt, and Max Brown. The drama centers on a fictional British royal family, in modern day London. They inhabit a world of opulence that caters to their every desire, but one that also comes with a price tag of duty, destiny, and intense public scrutiny.
Season Four Ratings
The fourth season of The Royals is averaging a 0.16 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 401,000 viewers. Compared to season three, that’s down by 30% and 25%, respectively. Find out how The Royals stacks up against other scripted E! TV shows.

Telly’s Take
Will E! cancel or The Royals for season five? Back in December of 2017 though, the creator was fired in the wake of sexual misconduct allegations. Whether or not that affects this show’s chance to continue remains to be seen. The ratings have seen a significant drop but my sense is that E! wants to continue to dabble in the scripted TV business. I’ll update this page with breaking developments. Please please please we want atleast 1 more season ( Season 5) this is one of the greatest shows and it can’t be left ending like that there is to many questions still and we need the answers….. I’m sure if you try hard enough you can make it happen.

J from Auastralia – its 2022 just discovered the Royals on Netflixed watched all four seasons thinking there was a season five – y0u cannot leave the story at season four. Please tell us there is a season five and it will be releaseed. Love this show. But the story has just begun and needs to continue.
Just finished watching The Royals. Loved it! Can not beleive the way ot has ended..livid at the time spent watching it to be left hanging. Why do networks do this? There should at least be a warnig or something at the beginning to say season cancelled after season whatever. Then you know not to bother wasting hours watching it!
Bring back the Royals..even one episode to give fans closure!
Also feel for the great cast members!

My husband and I absolutely love The Royals. It’s one of our top favorite shows, and we are devastated to find out that it has been canceled. Please renew for season 5.
Devestated that thus ended just when I really got into it – I feel that I have wasted a week of my life watching something that has not concluded!!

Can’t they at the very least have an episode or movie that wraps it all up. It is so frustrating when you watch a show for several seasons and then they leave you hanging. It makes you not want to start watching anything new.
Please bring back The Royals @ Season 5, the most awesome show I’ve seen forever, love it and miss it like crazy
