CBS had been filling the Mondays at 9pm timeslot with sitcoms for years and years. Now, they’re trying a new drama — Scorpion. Will this change be a ratings success? Will the show be renewed for a second season? Will it be cancelled? Stay tuned.
Based on real-life events, Scorpion revolves around computer expert Walter O’Brien (Elyes Gabel) and his team of brilliant misfits. They’re this country’s last line of defense against complex, high-tech threats. The series also stars Katharine McPhee, Robert Patrick, Eddie Kaye Thomas, Jadyn Wong, and Ari Stidham.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available — usually the next day, around 11:30am EST/8:30am PST. Refresh to see the latest.
1/12 update: Scorpion and two other shows have been renewed for a second season by CBS.
Final season averages: 2.3 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 10.96 million total viewers.
Note: If you’re not seeing the updated chart, please try reloading the page or view it here.
Due to a Nielsen glitch, some of the early ratings of the 2014-15 season were revised a few weeks later.
Note: These are the Live + Same Day Ratings which include “live” viewing plus delayed DVR viewing, up until 3am local time that same night. Ratings marked with an “*” are the fast affiliate ratings and will be updated with the Live+SD numbers when they are made available. Typically, networks get paid for C+3 ratings which includes DVR viewing within three days of the original airing when commercials are watched. Those numbers are rarely released to the press.
What do you think? Do you like the Scorpion TV series? Do you think it should be cancelled or renewed for a second season?

I love this show so much! I look forward to it every week.
This is an exciting, realistic program, and my son, husband and I all love it. PLEASE do not take this off the air. There is so little left on that isn’t garbage…or reality shows…or sexual and violent shows.
I like the show it has a good character base and good story lines I am happy to learn it will be renewed
CBS all you need to do is promote the show better. Give the audience something to look forward to from week to week, this show is truly a TV gem and should be treated with a unique marketing strategy not some regular old show.
Please do not cancel. It is a terrific show.
I really enjoy it, with all the emphasis on computers in the world, it shows places where the gifted on this horizon fit and make the greatest and sometimes the worst contributions. And it’s very nice to see how these heroes react to the worst of their kind. Keep it coming…
Please renew
Stop spreading rumors that my show is being cancelled or I will take down this website. Scorpion is going good every Monday at 9pm/8pm est.
I watched every episode until the Christmas one. Now, I’ve lost interest because it’s never on. It is a really good show, but if the episodes were consistent every week, I think the ratings would be better. I most certainly would have kept watching it.
It really saddens me to hear this show is being cancelled. I watch it every week and look forward to seeing each episode. Please don’t cancel…
i really love u to continue this movie, because i want to see what will happen between
Paige and Walter.whether they will find their love.
