Sleepy Hollow will return to FOX with its fourth season on January 6, and fans are being teased about the return with a new piece of key art. In the new image, Ichabod is shown headless.
What does that mean for the upcoming season?
Fans already know the series will need to deal with a major change. The death of Abbie at the end of season three shocked fans.
Season four will feature Ichabod, who is played by Tom Mison, working with a new team.

I LOVED the first two seasons; the small-town, campy feel of it. I loved that Ichabod had a relationship with Headless; I loved the relationship he had with our forefathers. But last year, the new showrunners seriously dropped the ball and lost everything good about the show. I’m hoping that they’ll go back to basics.
I am surprised this show is still on the air? It’s dull boring and juvenile!
Welcome to television…most of it can be described that way. Granted, Season 3 was awful, but the first two were really enjoyable.
