The Sleepy Hollow TV show was cancelled, yesterday. Now, co-creator Phillip Iscove, has shared his feelings about the show, making sure to thank the cast, crew, and fans for the supernatural series’ four season run. He’s not alone, either. Actor Phillip Mears is also reaching out, in the wake of the news that there will be no Sleepy Hollow, season five.
A historical fantasy drama, Sleepy Hollow stars Tom Mison as Ichabod Crane. The FOX cast also includes: Janina Gavankar, Lyndie Greenwood, Jerry MacKinnon, Rachel Melvin, Oona Yaffe, Jeremy Davies, and John Noble. After star Nicole Beharie departed the series at the end of season three, the possibility of even a fourth season was up in the air, so their gratitude is a lovely grace note.

In a series of tweets, Iscove, who created Sleepy Hollow, along with Alex Kurtzman, Roberto Orci, and Len Wiseman, wrote:
It’s a sad day but in the end #SleepyHollow was an absolute dream for me…
From the bottom of my heart, thank you to every actor, writer, director, producer and incredible crew on all their endless hard work.
But it’s the fans that made the show truly come alive and to them I owe the biggest debt. Thank you so much! I love all the #Sleepyheads!!

What do you think? Did you watch the fourth and final season of the Sleepy Hollow TV series? Should it have been cancelled or renewed for season five on FOX?
Just found out about Sleepy Hollow. It was one of my most favorite shows along with Grimm, which luckily had a nice ending. Fox Network, you suck big time for cancelling a very creative show which was starting to gain chemistry with the new characters. I missed Abby and really didn’t see why they would have let her go. Stop watch shows on Fox, they don’t care about us viewers..or have forgotten the rating come from viewers.
I was very disappointed when they killed off Abbie! I felt that Ichabod and Abbie were a great team along with the other characters.
I stopped watching after that. Like it wasn’t bad enough that they had Ichabod’s wife storyline, and then to add insult to injury they kill off one their best characters.
I had to give it a ba-bye see ya wouldn’t wanna be ya, although if another network picked it up and brought Abbie back too, I would there in a heartbeat.
Very very very disappointed in fox!
Fox sucks!!!! Sleepy Hollow is a great show. Why the heck did they cancel it…. what a bunch of greedy bas.@&$!
So sorry to hear this show was cancelled. Really enjoyed the storylines and cast!! This show was something different.
Sleepy Hollow was my favorite show on TV, it was different because it always had a bang. I am disappointed that Fox cancelled a show with so much potential. I was looking forward to Sleepy Hollow becoming The next Supernatural of Shows on TV. Fox I think you should revisit that cancellation because this show can be a real chart topper.
Thanks alot Fox you suck and I HATE YOUR FACE Sleepyhollow was a great show.
I’m very disappointed that Sleepy Hallow was cancelled. However, I thank the actors and crew for four wonderful seasons of great acting and storylines.
Many Thanks, Lynnette
Sad, was a good show. I missed Abbey, but the new characters and location made up for it. Another good one bites the dust I guess.
I was sad when Abbey died, but by the end of season 4, I was completely hooked and would have loved another season with the newer characters! I think they should have tried another season for sure
I am so disappointed that two of my favorite shows, Sleepy Hollow and Houdini & Doyle have been cancelled! I liked the way season 4 was going and, I still feel like there was so many more stories to come in the next season that I can hardly believe that it won’t be on in the fall! I will miss it dearly! Fox you made a bad judgement in the cancellation of Sleepy Hollow and Houdini & Doyle! Now, the only thing I will watch on your channel is Lucifer!
This was my favorite show I so looked forward to watch it cancellation is very sad tome
Sleepy Hollow was one of the best shows on tv. Very sad to see it cancelled. I’m hoping another network would pick it up. This show still has tons of stories left in it ! Thank you for a great 4 years !!!

It breaks my heart they cancelled Sleepy Hollow. I felt it was heading in the right direction. I think if it had been given a fifth season it’s ratings would of returned. I loved the fourth season even with Abby’s character not being there. I think people were just getting used to the new cast. Good bye Sleepy Hollow thank you for all the great stories and shows.
