It looks like the remaining two episodes of Stalker will be the last for the CBS series. The network has cancelled the show after one season and 20 episodes.
A cop thriller, Stalker follows the work of the LAPD’s Threat Assessment Unit, a team that investigates incidents of stalking. The TV show stars Dylan McDermott, Maggie Q, Victor Rasuk, and Mariana Klaveno.
The series got off to a moderate start on October 1st with a 2.0 rating and 9.07 million viewers. Stalker’s ratings dropped a bit in week two but then continued to dwindle downward over the course of the season.
CBS pulled it from Wednesday nights with three installments left in the season, replacing it with CSI: Cyber. It started looking clear that Stalker was destined to be axed.
After more than two months away, they aired one episode on April 27th. The remaining pair are slated for May 11th and May 18th.

I am devestated! I have been waiting for more and it is a fantastic series, I was gripped. Why?! Do we need another version of CSI?! NO! Bring it back. I am so shocked.
I agree with the other comments. Stalker was one of the best shows. It’s so much better than “How to Get Away with Murder?” Every time there’s a great show that I enjoy, they cancel it. it’s such a rat race. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with 9 million viewers.. Bring back Stalker. I’ve been waiting for it to return.
Why oh why do you people think it’s a good idea to cancel a show after just 1 season shouldn’t you have given it a better chance you can tell after the last s episode there would have been enough for a second season come on guys get you act together
I AM SO MAD THAT STALKER IS CANCELLED! IT WAS ONE OF MY FAVORITE SHOWS AND I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR SO LONG TO SHOW AND IT HASN’T WITCH MAKES ME SO MAD!!! ME AND SEVERAL OF MY FRIENDS WERE ADDICTED TO IT BUT NOW IT’S GONE! I LOVED IT AND I WISH IT WAS BACK. PEOPLE ARE SO DUMB FOR CANCELLING IT.

Very disappointed that there won’t be a season 2! My husband and I, and several friends were addicted! We enjoyed the weekly thriller!
One of the best shows ever cancelled??? Are the people who run CBS stoned? Dumb? Idiots? Good shows today are rare. Cancelling Stalker is dumber than dumb. No more CBS for me because those who run it have no idea what brings viewers to the TV. Now CBS will lose millions in advertisement money!
