The story of the young “star-crossed” lovers is coming to a close. The CW has cancelled Star-Crossed after one season of 13 episodes.
Star-Crossed revolves around a pair of teens — one human (Aimee Teegarden) and one alien (Matt Lanter) — who fall in love and struggle to overcome the discrimination and distrust around them. The rest of the cast includes Grey Damon, Natalie Hall, Malese Jow, Titus Makin Jr., Chelsea Gilligan, Brina Palencia, and Greg Finley.
The series debuted as a mid-season replacement and never took hold in the ratings. The premiere drew a lackluster 0.5 rating in the 18-49 demo with 1.28 million viewers. Subsequent episodes performed even worse, making Star-Crossed one of the network’s lowest-rated shows.
There are just 13 episodes in the season and the finale, titled “Passion Lends Them Power,” will air next Monday night.

It had potential but the show wasn’t given a chance. The ratings on Netflix are nearly 5 stars so that proves that people are interested.
PLEASE bring star crossed back! I loved this TV show! Bring it back or have another company pick it up! I LOVE this show! I’ve watched it about 3 times now! Just praying that it’ll be brought back for season 2!

I am extremely upset I think it wasn`t the fault of the views it was the promotions for the show i never knew the show was supposed to air and I just watched all of the first season. I believe if there would be more talk up of the show there would be so many viewers the producers minds would be blown. I agree I just did the same thing and it’s annoying that all the good intresting shows get cancelled it’s not fair if there was more advertising for this series many more people would have know I am very mad because the way they ended it leaves me wanting to know what happens and it’s a frustrating feeling so that’s why they should be making a second season there is so much potential for this series to keep going

PLEASE I M BEGGING U GUYS 2 BRING IT BACK!!! I watch so many shows and for the first time I actuallly like a show and that show is STAR-CROSSED. I need 2 know what happens between Emery and Ramon, and if the people are still alive . You can’t just end season 1 with that kind of an ending. OMG!!!! like WTF. Star crossed is probably the best tv show ihave ever watched and trust me I watch great ones. But this tv show blew my mind and at the end I was like OH NO TAYLOR!!!!!!
